XPERT ALERT® WIFI ALARM SYSTEM

System Overview

The Xpert Alert® WiFi indoor alarm system provides 24/7 protection against damage from flooding, pump failure, or freezing pipes. It monitors and reports residential alarm conditions locally with audible and visual alarms, and remotely via SMS text messages and/or emails over a WiFi or Ethernet network to smartphones, tablets, or computers. The system's design is suitable for various residential applications, including sump pump basins, lift pump chambers, holding tanks, sewage, and other water applications.

The alarm features an easy-to-see LED alarm light ring that illuminates red for alarm 1 and amber for alarm 2. A large push button silences the audible alarm, but the LED remains illuminated as long as the alarm condition persists. The alarm automatically resets once the condition is cleared. A red "Low Temperature" LED activates below 40°F (4°C) to help prevent freezing pipe damage, and this feature can be disabled.

The alarm operates with existing WiFi or Ethernet networks and does not rely on cellular connections, making it ideal for areas with poor cellular service. It offers no monthly fees or contracts and is easy to install.

WS360 WATER SENSOR (OPTIONAL)

The WS360 water sensor, when connected to an Xpert Alert® WiFi alarm, is designed to warn of potential water damage. It can be placed in utility rooms, laundry areas, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, or AC drip pans. When water reaches the sensor, an audible/visual alarm is activated, along with remote notification via email/text to the contacts configured for the smart device. Up to five sensors can be connected in series to monitor multiple locations with a single alarm. Features a one-year limited warranty.
