Product Overview

The Xpert Alert® indoor alarm system is designed to protect homes from potential damage caused by flooding, pump failure, or freezing pipes. Its sleek enclosure features a unique shape, smooth rounded edges, and a large push button with an LED light ring, making it suitable for residential applications such as sump pump basins, lift pump chambers, holding tanks, sewage, and agricultural water applications.

When the liquid level in a tank rises, a high water float switch activates the alarm, providing both audible and visual alerts for potentially threatening conditions. The alarm features an LED light ring that illuminates red for Alarm 1 and amber for Alarm 2. The alarm horn can be silenced by pressing the large button, but the LED indicator remains lit as long as the alarm condition persists. The system automatically resets once the condition is cleared.

A red "Low Temperature" LED activates when the ambient temperature falls below 40°F (4°C), helping to prevent freezing pipe damage. This feature can be disabled for installations in colder environments. The "Power On" LED indicator shows the power status: green for primary plug-in power, amber for battery backup, and red when the backup battery is low. A low battery chirp provides notification when the batteries need replacement (3 AA batteries are not included).

The Xpert Alert® alarm system comes standard with a 10 ft SJE MilliAmpMaster™ control switch with mounting clamp. Other float switches may be ordered separately.
