Appearance and Features
The sensor unit features a compact design with the following external elements:
- Viscose zone: Area for adhesive mounting.

LCD Display Information:

Set Button Functions
- Short Press: Reports current temperature and humidity.
- Double Press: Switches the temperature unit between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
- Long Press (3 seconds): Enters the network configuration mode.
Setup Guide (Using eWeLink App)
- Initial Setup: Register and log in to the eWeLink app. On the home page, tap the [plus symbol] icon on the top right corner or middle to add a device. Choose 'Quick Add', then select 'One Device'. Input your WiFi password and search manually for the device. Connect the device to your gateway (ensure the gateway is pre-configured).
- Adding Sensor to Gateway: Navigate to the Gateway homepage in the app. Tap 'Add devices', then 'Add new devices'. Use a pin to long press the sensor's 'RESET' key for more than 5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly. The app will then discover nearby devices. Confirm the addition.
- Viewing Data: Once the temperature and humidity sensor is successfully connected to the gateway, a [sensor icon] will appear on the homepage. Tap this icon to view the current temperature and humidity data.
- Connecting with Alexa Echo: After registration and successful Echo adding (requires Zigbee support), switch to the 'Devices' tab. Tap the [plus symbol] icon on the top right, select 'Add Device', and choose 'Thermostat'. If not found, scroll to the bottom for 'Other' devices. Select 'Zigbee', then 'Discover Devices'. The device will search automatically for 45 seconds while in configuration state.
- App Download: Download the 'eWeLink' app from your device's app store or by scanning the provided QR code. Note: The Zigbee sensor must be connected with a gateway to be used with Alexa or other devices.
Important Notes
- The sensor collects data once every minute.
- Data reporting occurs every 30 minutes.
- Temperature and humidity collection accuracy: ±0.5°C for temperature, ±5%RH for humidity.
