Device Layout
Headset Components:
- Microphone mute: Button to mute the microphone.
- Mic mute indicator: Visual indicator for microphone mute status.
- Volume control: Control to increase or decrease audio volume [volume up/down].
- Power button: Button to turn the headset on/off.
- Power/Status indicator: LED light showing power and connection status.
- USB Type-C Charging port: Port for charging the headset.
- Detachable microphone: Microphone that can be attached or detached from the headset.
Accessories:
- 2.4GHz USB adapter: Small USB device for wireless connection.
- USB Type-A to Type-C Charging cable: Cable for charging the headset.
Connecting Your Computer
- Plug the 2.4 GHz USB adapter into your computer.
- Right-click the sound icon in the system tray and select "Sounds".
- In the playback tab, select "HYTE HG10" from the list and set it as the Default Device.
- In the Recording tab, select "HYTE HG10" from the list and click the "Set Default" button.
Connecting to Your Headset
- Power on your headset by holding the power button for at least 2 seconds.
- Wait until the power/status indicator is solid white.
Using the Volume Control
- Rotate the volume control switch to increase or decrease the volume.
Mute Microphone
- Press the mute microphone button to mute the microphone. The status indicator will be solid red when muted. Press the mute button again to unmute.
Safety Guidelines
- If the device is not functioning properly and troubleshooting fails, unplug it and contact the HYTE Service Center for assistance. Do not attempt to service or fix the device yourself.
- Do not disassemble the device, as doing so will void its warranty.
- Keep the device away from liquid, humidity, or moisture. Operate the device only within the temperature range of 0° C (32° F) to 40° C (104° F). When the device exceeds the maximum temperature, unplug or switch off the device to let it cool down.
Proper Disposal
Batteries, electronic waste, and electrical equipment should not be disposed of with household waste. Whenever possible, they should be separated and brought to an appropriate collection point to enable recycling and avoid potential impacts on the environment and human health. For more information, contact your local authorities on how to properly recycle or dispose of your device.
Battery Care
Improperly replaced batteries may present a risk of leak or explosion and personal injury. Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Mistreated rechargeable batteries may preset risk of fire or chemical burn. Do not disassemble or expose to conducting materials, moisture, liquid, or heat above 40°C (104°F). A battery subjected to extremely low air pressure may result in an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquid or gas. Do not use or charge the battery if it appears to be leaking, discolored, deformed, or in any way abnormal. Do not leave your battery discharged or unused for extended periods. Do not short circuit. Your device may contain an internal, rechargeable battery that is not replaceable. Battery life varies with usage. Non-operational batteries should be discarded according to local laws. If no laws or regulations govern, dispose of your device in a waste bin for electronics. Keep batteries away from children.
