Installation Steps
Step 2: Measure Roll Bar Width
Measure the roll bar width on your tractor or mower. Measure the width of the tractor top frame. See Figure 2.

Step 3: Install Mounting Plates to Canopy
Install mounting plates with oblong holes to the canopy using 5/16" bolts, flat washers, external tooth lock washers, and lock nuts provided. Note: External tooth lock washers must be installed between mounting plates and canopy frame. See Figure 3.
[Diagram Description: Close-up view of a mounting plate attached to the canopy frame using bolts and washers, illustrating the connection point.]
Note: Mounting plates can be mounted to the inside (See Figure 4) or outside (See Figure 4A) of the canopy frame to accommodate your rollbar width.
[Diagram Description: Diagrams illustrating two mounting options for the canopy frame: 'Inside Mount' showing plates attached on the inner side, and 'Outside Mount' showing plates attached on the outer side.]
Step 4: Attach Upright Supports
Attach upright supports to mounting plates with oblong holes as done in Step 3. Select the appropriate holes of the 3 sets available to acquire the desired angle for your tractor top/canopy.
Note: These bolts should be left somewhat loose until final assembly has been completed. See Figure 4.

Step 5: Attach U-Bolts to Rollbars
Attach 3/8" U-bolts to vertical sides of rollbars using 3/8" flat washers and 3/8" lock nuts provided. To install on a Lexmark lawn mower with round roll bars, use the 5/16" x 2 ½” U bolt and hardware instead of the 3/8". U-bolts should be left loose enough for the upright support bars to be inserted through U-bolts. See Figure 5.
[Diagram Description: Illustration depicting U-bolts secured around a tractor's roll bar, ready for canopy support attachment.]
Step 6: Mount Canopy Assembly
With assistance, raise the canopy assembly and slide down through the U-bolts. Also with assistance, tighten the 4 U-bolts around the upright supports and rollbars securely. See Figure 6.
[Diagram Description: Image showing the canopy assembly being lowered onto the tractor's roll bars, with assistance required.]
Step 7: Final Tightening
By utilizing the range of movement provided with the oblong holes in the mounting plates, hold canopy horizontal to the ground. Tighten all hardware securely. See Figure 7.
