These Terms and Conditions concern the Launch offer (the "Launch Offer", "Offer") for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7 and Z Flip7 FE (the "Device(s)") available to customers upon purchasing these Devices from Samsung Online Store during the period between the 24th of July 2025 (05:00PM) until the 25th of August 2025, or until the stock lasts, whichever comes first (the "Validity Period").

This Launch Offer consists of the following gifts (the "Gift(s)") for every purchased Device:

Up to 30% discount on the selected item(s) if customer adds only 1 item or quantity from Add On / Multi Buy offer. This is applicable only with selected Galaxy device(s).

The eVoucher of 400 SAR / 300 SAR amount is redeemable on the same order only and the remaining amount cannot be re-used (if any).

Samsung Care+ Terms & Conditions Apply: by availing this Pre-Order Offer, you confirm that you read and agree on the Samsung Care+ Terms & Conditions.

The Promotions may cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.

Delivery might be subject to some delay due to out of hand reasons.

In case of any close promotion communication by any channel / source, the given promotion or voucher code(s) will be for the specific and defined time only. May applicable on selected item(s).

Samsung shall be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to terminate or modify the offer or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to or during the Validity Period.

In case the Gift is out of stock, customer can still proceed with main item order and same "main item" will be fulfilled. No later claims for the Gift(s) will be fulfilled.

Samsung shall not be liable to the customer for any losses and/or delays and/or damages of any kind in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Offer.

By participating in this Offer, the customer accepts that any dispute of whatever nature which is directly or indirectly related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to, governed and construed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and such disputes shall be resolved by its competent courts.
