Trade-In Offers

This trade-in service is available for private end customers aged 18 and above. When purchasing a new Galaxy Z Fold7 or Z Flip7 series device (the "Promotional Device") without a tariff, and trading in an eligible used device within 14 days of receiving the new device, customers will receive the trade-in value as an upfront discount in the shopping cart. The trade-in value depends on the model and age of the used device.

Eligibility for Used Devices:

• Devices must be functional: power on and charge.
• No display cracks or breaks.
• No network lock (SIM lock) or activation lock (Samsung, Google, iOS).
• Devices must be reset to factory settings.

Devices with a broken display or display cracks may also be eligible if they meet the above criteria (except for the display condition). Customers must select the "Trade-In with broken display" option. If the device is not operable due to a display issue, activation locks must be removed online via the respective account. In case of cancellation of the promotional device purchase, the purchase agreement for the used device will also be cancelled. If no purchase agreement for the used device was made with Foxway, or in case of cancellation of the used device sale, the trade-in value and any applicable bonus must be returned to Samsung. 10% Discount Offer

Promotion Period: July 25, 2025 – September 17, 2025, 23:59 Uhr

This offer is for private end customers aged 18 and above. By purchasing eligible Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, or Z Fold7 series models (without a tariff) during the promotion period and entering the voucher code “NEU10” or “ZF10” at checkout, customers receive a 10% discount on the purchase price of the respective promotional device.

The voucher code is valid only in the Samsung Online Shop or Shop App, during the promotion period, and for listed promotional devices. The discount is applied in the shopping cart before purchase.

Conditions:

• Maximum one voucher code per household.
• Maximum five promotional devices per voucher code.
• Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used once.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions, services, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns from Samsung.

When purchasing a new Galaxy Z Flip7 or Z Flip7 FE device during the promotion period, customers can receive either a €15 discount on the insurance premium for a 2-year contract or one month of free insurance coverage with Samsung Care+.

Samsung Care+ is an insurance product offered by Assurant Europe Insurance N.V. (“AEI”) and mediated by Samsung Electronics GmbH. Coverage is worldwide, but service provision is limited to Germany.

Galaxy Z Fold7 Samsung Care+ Offer:

When purchasing a new Galaxy Z Fold7 device during the promotion period, customers receive a €15 discount on the insurance premiums for Samsung Care+.

The insurance contract can be cancelled with one month's notice at the end of any insurance month. For 2-year contracts, a pro-rata refund is provided if no claim has been made. No refund is provided for monthly contracts.

Multibuy Discount Offer

The bundle product must be pre-ordered together with the promotional device in a single order process. The customer is responsible for manually adding the bundle product to the cart. A separate order for the bundle product does not qualify for the reduced price. The discount on the bundle product is automatically deducted from the total price during checkout.

Financing Options:

• PayPal: 0.00% interest for up to 24 months. Subject to credit check. Minimum order value of €99 up to €10,000.

Extended Return Policy

This offer allows private end customers aged 18 and above to return eligible promotional devices purchased from the Samsung Online Shop or Shop App within 30 days of full delivery without stating a reason and receive a full refund.

Return Process:

• Within 14 days of delivery: Initiate return via online order overview or Samsung Service Team.
• From day 15 after delivery: Contact Samsung Service Team by phone or email to initiate the return.

Conditions:

• The promotional device must be returned in a flawless and fully functional condition with all accessories.
• Damaged or defective devices and accessories will not be accepted.
• Devices with substantial scratches, dents, or cracks beyond normal wear and tear are excluded from returns.
• If the purchase was combined with the Trade-In Service, the trade-in device cannot be returned; instead, Samsung will refund the trade-in value.
• Any received bonus payments will not be paid out as they are tied to the purchase of a promotional device.

This promotion is for private end customers aged 18 and above. Customers purchasing eligible Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, or Z Flip7 FE models with an eligible tariff during the promotion period will receive a free Galaxy Watch8 Classic or Watch8 model as a bonus gift.

The bonus item must be purchased together with the promotional device in a single order process and added to the cart manually. A separate order for the bonus item does not qualify for the free offer. The price of the bonus item is automatically deducted from the total price during checkout. Shipping will occur within the specified delivery period to the address provided at the time of purchase in Germany.

Return Conditions: If the promotional device is returned within 12 months, the bonus item must also be returned as part of the standard return process. If the bonus item cannot be returned due to loss or is rejected due to customer-induced damage, the customer must pay the replacement value of the bonus item.
