Overview
This industrial-grade PoE switch offers 8 Gigabit RJ45 ports with PoE and 4 Gigabit SFP slots. It supports IEEE 802.3af/at/bt standards with up to 90W per port. Designed for harsh environments, it features fanless cooling, wide temperature tolerance (-40°C to 75°C), and dual 48-57V DC power inputs for redundancy. It supports ring network protection, VLAN, QoS, and can be managed via Web, Console, Telnet, or SSH.

Installation
The switch can be mounted using either wall mounting accessories or DIN-rail mounting accessories. The DIN-rail mounting involves attaching the provided brackets to the switch and then clipping it onto a standard DIN rail.

Configuration
- Connect the POE-SWR708GM-8BT to a power source and to your computer using an RJ45 cable.
- Open your network connections and modify the settings for the network interface connected to the POE-SWR708GM-8BT. Set the IP configuration to manual and assign an IP address like '192.168.2.2'.
- Open your web browser and navigate to the default IP address of the POE-SWR708GM-8BT, which is "192.168.2.1". Log in using the default username "admin" and password "admin".
- On the sidebar, navigate to "System Settings" and then "IP Settings". Set "Auto Obtain IP" to "Enable" and click "Apply" to save the settings.
- Connect the POE-SWR708GM-8BT to your router/gateway with an RJ45 cable. Consult your network administrator or the router's configuration page to obtain the new IP address of the POE-SWR708GM-8BT.
- Save all your settings in the top right corner of the web page.
