About the DLD11 LinkDongle™
The DLD11 LinkDongle™ is an RF module designed for connecting and controlling existing Dura Pro heat pumps wirelessly via the LinkTouch™ system. It must be connected to the electronic circuit of the Dura Pro heat pump.

Installation Instructions
⚠️ Power off the heat pump and disconnect from mains (230 VAC) before installing the LinkDongle™.
- Open the top lid of the heat pump.
- Open the electronics lid.
- Disconnect the controller-display cable.
- Connect the DLD11 LinkDongle™ to the disconnected cables using the provided split cable, following the connection scheme: LinkDongle™ connects to Controller and Display via the split cable.
- Slide the DLD11 LinkDongle™ onto the edge of the plastic front, securing it with the cable tie and edge clip. ⚠️ Ensure the DLD11 LinkDongle™ is placed outside the metal housing.
- Close the electronics lid.
- Close the top lid.
⚠️ Reconnect the heat pump to mains (230VAC) and power on after completing the installation of the DLD11 LinkDongle™.

Intended Use
This device is an RF connecting device developed for Dura Pro heat pumps and must be operated in conjunction with the LinkTouch™ system.
Precautions for Setup
- The DLD11 LinkDongle™ must be installed and connected strictly as described in this manual.
- Ensure cables are protected from strain, pinching, or buckling.
- Use only the original cables supplied with the heat pump and the DLD11 LinkDongle™ for installation.
- Do not use cables that are damaged or frayed. Contact an authorized technician for repairs if any cable damage is found.
- The DLD11 LinkDongle™ contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to service the unit yourself. All repair services must be performed by an authorized technician.
Environment / Disposal of Old Equipment

Duratech warrants all parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of retail purchase. This warranty is limited to the first retail purchaser and is not transferable. The manufacturer's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and does not include costs for labor to remove and reinstall the defective part, transportation to or from the factory, or any other materials required for the repair. This warranty does not cover failures or malfunctions resulting from:
- Failure to properly install, operate, or maintain the LinkDongle™ in accordance with the installation guidelines provided in this manual.
- The workmanship of any installer of the product.
- Abuse, alteration, accident, fire, flood, lightning, rodents, insects, negligence, or acts of god.
- Use of non-factory authorized parts or accessories in conjunction with the product.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the sole warranty provided by the manufacturer. No one is authorized to make any other warranties on Duratech's behalf. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. Duratech expressly disclaims and excludes any liability for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by country.
Warranty Claims
For prompt warranty consideration, contact your dealer and provide the following information: proof of purchase, model number, serial number, and date of installation. The dealer will contact the manufacturer for instructions regarding the claim and to determine the location of the nearest service point.

This product utilizes radio equipment that fully complies with the European harmonized standards of RED (Radio Equipment Directions) 2014/53/EC.
