Assembly Steps

Step 1-2: Prepare Main Panel and Attach Drawer Slides

Lay the main panel flat. Attach the drawer slides (part numbers 107246 and 10141712) to the designated positions on the panel using screws (part number 113928). Ensure the slides are oriented correctly as shown in the diagram.

Step 3: Insert Dowels

Insert dowels (part number 118331) into the pre-drilled holes on the main panel.

Parts used: 6x Dowel (118331)

Step 4: Insert More Dowels

Insert dowels (part number 101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the main panel.

Parts used: 2x Dowel (101345)

Step 5: Attach Side Panel

Attach one of the side panels to the main panel using dowels (part number 102372) and screws (part number 101345).

Parts used: 1x Side panel, 2x Dowel (102372), 2x Screw (101345)

Step 6: Attach Back Panel

Secure the back panel to the assembled structure using screws (part number 101345).

Parts used: 1x Back panel, 4x Screw (101345)

Step 7: Slide in Back Panel

Slide the back panel into the grooves of the side panels.

Step 8: Attach Second Side Panel

Attach the second side panel to the main structure using cam locks (part number 102509) and screws (part number 103114).

Parts used: 1x Side panel, 3x Cam lock (102509), 3x Screw (103114)

Step 9: Attach Top Panel

Secure the top panel to the assembled unit using screws (part number 101345).

Parts used: 1x Top panel, 4x Screw (101345)

Step 10: Lower Assembled Frame

Carefully lower the assembled frame.

Step 11: Attach Remaining Side Panel

Attach the remaining side panel using cam locks (part number 102509) and screws (part number 103114).

Step 12: Attach Drawer Slides to Unit

Attach the drawer slides (part number 125317) to the inner sides of the unit using screws (part number 113928).

Step 13: Insert Dowels into Drawer Base

Insert dowels (part number 118331) into the drawer base panel.

Step 14: Insert Dowels into Drawer Base

Step 15: Attach Drawer Side Panels

Attach the drawer side panels to the drawer base using dowels (part number 102372) and screws (part number 101345).

Step 16: Slide in Drawer Back Panel

Slide the drawer back panel into the grooves of the drawer side panels.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Front

Attach the drawer front panel to the assembled drawer structure using cam locks (part number 102509) and screws (part number 103114).

Step 18: Secure Drawer Base

Secure the drawer base panel using screws (part number 118331).

Parts used: 6x Screw (118331)

Step 19: Slide Drawer Side Panels

Slide the drawer side panels into place.

Step 20: Secure Drawer Sides

Secure the drawer sides using cam locks (part number 102509) and screws (part number 103114).

Step 21: Assemble Drawer

Assemble the drawer by attaching drawer slides (part number 118331) to the drawer side panels using screws.

Step 26: Insert Drawers

Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.
