Before Installation

• Sticker "D" for Driver / Left Side
• Sticker "P" for Passenger / Right Side

Installation Steps

Step 1: Prepare Mounting Locations

Start the installation under the Driver/Left side of the vehicle. Remove the plastic plugs along the bottom edge of the body. Directly above each threaded insert is a top mounting location on the side of the body panel. Hold a Mounting Bracket up in place to help determine the correct mounting holes to use along the body. NOTE: Thread an 8mm Hex Bolt into the threaded inserts to clear paint as required.

Step 2: Attach Front Driver/Left Mounting Bracket

Select one (1) Driver/Left Mounting Bracket. Attach the bracket to the front location using two (2) 8mm x 30mm Hex Bolts, two (2) 8mm Lock Washers, and two (2) 8mm Flat Washers. Do not fully tighten hardware at this stage.

Step 3: Attach Rear Driver/Left Mounting Bracket

Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to attach the remaining one (1) Driver/Left Mounting Bracket to the rear mounting location along the body panel.

Step 4: Attach Driver/Left Side Step

Select the Driver/Left Side Step. This step is identified by a Sticker 'D' on the front. Insert four (4) 6mm T-Bolts into the channels on the bottom of the Side Step (two T-Bolts per channel). Attach the Side Step to the two (2) Mounting Brackets using four (4) 6mm Flat Washers, four (4) 6mm Lock Washers, and four (4) 6mm Hex Nuts. Do not tighten hardware yet.

Step 5: Final Tightening (Driver/Left Side)

Level and adjust the Driver/Left Side Step. Fully tighten all hardware for this side.

Step 6: Install Passenger/Right Side Step

Repeat Steps 1 through 5 to attach the Passenger/Right Side Step. This side will be identified by a Sticker 'P'.

Step 7: Periodic Inspection

Perform periodic inspections of the installation to ensure that all hardware remains secure and tight.
