Wiring Guide of Control Box
Control Box Wiring Guide
This section details the wiring connections for the OKIN control box.
Remote Control Description: A remote control is provided with buttons labeled "MASSAGE", "POSITIONS", and other functional buttons.
Control Box Description: The control box features various ports and connections for actuators and power.

Device Pairing
After the control box is powered on, the PAIR indicator LED will be in a green state, indicating it is ready for pairing with the handset. Press the PAIR button twice to enter the pairing status.

When the control box's blue light is on, press and hold the PAIR button on the handset. The device is now being paired. Upon successful pairing, the green indicator light will turn blue.

SleepCare APP Download and Installation
The SleepCare APP is currently in beta and available on the dandelion platform, not the App Store.
App Download Methods:
- 1.1 Website Download: Navigate to https://www.pgyer.com/Sleep in your browser.
- 1.2 QR Code Download: Scan the provided QR code with a mobile phone scanning tool to access the download URL. Image Description: A QR code is displayed.
Installation Steps:
2. After accessing the download site via either method, you will be prompted for a password as the App is an internal test version. The password for the internal beta is 123456.
3. Click the "Install" button on your phone to download the app.

4. After the download is complete, if you attempt to open the app, a pop-up may appear stating 'the company certificate is not trusted'. To resolve this, navigate to Settings > General > Device Management, select "Okin Refined Electric Technology Co., Ltd", and then tap 'Trust Application'.

Register & Login
1. Register
Click the "Sign Up" button on the login screen to access the registration interface. Mobile phone or email registration requires verification code submission for successful registration. Ensure you include the country code before the mobile number (e.g., '+86' for China, '+1' for the US).

2. Login
Enter your username and password on the user login screen and click the "Sign in" button. If logging in with a mobile phone number, remember to include the country code (e.g., '+86' for China, '+1' for the US).

3. Test Accounts
Two test accounts are available:
- Test account 1: +8615958044641, Password: a12345678
- Test account 2: Devine.He@refinedchina.com, Password: a12345678
Network Matching Process
0. Connect your phone to a WiFi
Select the WiFi network you wish the device to connect to.
1. The device enters AP mode
Press and hold the [FLAT] and [ANTI-SNORE] buttons for more than 5 seconds until the handset light flashes. This indicates the device has entered AP mode.

Tick the checkbox "Confirm that the device has been in the AP mode" and then click the "Next" button.
2. Enter WiFi and password
Enter your current WiFi password and click "Next" to proceed.

3. Connect phone to the device through AP mode
In the app, click "Go to setting" to open your phone's settings. Select the "ore_xxxxx" connection under Settings > WLAN.

4. Return to App
Once back in the app, it will transmit the WiFi and password to the device. If the connection is successful, the app will display a confirmation screen. If it fails, exit AP mode and reconfigure the network.

Operations Guide of SleepCare App
Real-time data

- a) If the device is offline, the status will show "Devine Offline".
- b) If no device is bound, "Bind" will be displayed; click to enter the network matching interface.
- c) Other device issues will be shown as error messages.
- d) Real-time data opens automatically each time this interface is entered.
- e) Real-time data closes automatically each time this interface is exited.
Sleep aid music player
Image Description: The app's sleep aid music player interface shows playback controls: previous [ ⏮️ ], play/pause [ ▶️ / ⏸️ ], next [ ⏭️ ], and a progress slider.
- a) Change music progress by swiping the slide box.
- b) Click [ ⏮️ ] to select the previous sleep music.
- c) Click [ ⏭️ ] to select the next sleep music.
- d) Click [ ▶️ ] to play or resume music; click [ ⏸️ ] to pause.
Real-time heartbeat, respiratory rate, body movement, on/off bed

a) If no data is available, heart rate and respiratory rate will appear grey.
b) Real-time data updates every second.
c) If the device is offline, it displays "Devine Offline".
d) If no device is bound, it displays "Bind"; click to enter the network matching interface.
e) Other device problems will be shown as error messages.
Daily report
Image Description: The app's "Daily report" screen shows a "SCORE" (e.g., 86), a breakdown of sleep duration (Deep sleep, Light sleep, Awake time), and average vital signs (Avg. Heart rate, Avg. Respiratory rate, Body movement).
Date selection
Use the navigation arrows [ < ] and [ > ] to select the previous or next day, respectively. Click the date to open the calendar interface.

- a) Click "<" to switch to the previous month; click ">" to switch to the next month.
- b) The current date is selected by default when entering the calendar interface.
- c) Dates up to the current day can be selected; future dates cannot be chosen.
- d) Clicking "Done" after selecting a date returns to the daily report interface.
History data
Image Description: Four app "History" screens display data using histograms and detailed views for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly periods. Detailed data includes sleep duration breakdown and average vital signs.
- a) Swipe the historical data histogram left or right to change the selected date.
- b) Once the histogram stops moving, the detailed data below reflects the selected date.
- c) Day, week, year, and month selection boxes are clickable, changing the statistical mode accordingly.
- d) Detailed data can be scrolled up and down.
Control Module

- a) If the device is offline, clicking any button will display a "Device offline" message.
- b) The app updates device status only upon entering an interface or changing a control type.
Position control
Image Description: The app's "Position control" interface features buttons for head, foot, lumbar, and back actuators, along with preset positions like ZERO-G, TV/PC, ANTI-SNORE, LOUNGE, M1, FLAT, M2.
- a) For a two-motor configuration, "Back" and "Lumbar" buttons will be greyed out. For a three-motor configuration, only "Back" will be greyed out. All buttons are clickable for a four-motor configuration.
- b) Clicking the [⬆️] button extends the head actuator. Other app functions become invalid during this action. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- c) Clicking the [⬇️] button retracts the head actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- d) Clicking the [⬆️] button extends the foot actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- e) Clicking the [⬇️] button retracts the foot actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- f) Clicking the [⬆️] button extends the lumbar actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- g) Clicking the [⬇️] button retracts the lumbar actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- h) Clicking the [⬆️] button extends the back actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
- i) Clicking the [⬇️] button retracts the back actuator. Other app functions become invalid. Releasing the button stops the actuator.
j) Memory position test:
- 1. Click the [ZERO-G] button; actuators move to zero gravity. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
- 2. Click the [TV/PC] button; actuators move to TV/PC position. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
- 3. Click the [ANTI-SNORE] button; actuators move to Anti Snore position. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
- 4. Click the [LOUNGE] button; actuators move to Lounge position. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
- 5. Click the [M1] button; actuators move to M1 position. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
- 6. Click the [FLAT] button; actuators move to Flat position.
- 7. Click the [M2] button; actuators move to M2 position. Press and hold for 5 seconds to save the position; a "Saved" window will appear.
Massage motor
Image Description: The app's "Massage motor" interface includes an ON/OFF toggle, time selection buttons (10min, 20min, 30min), a "TYPE" button for waveform selection, and intensity controls for head and foot massage.
- a) The massage motor status updates upon entering this interface.
- b) Click the [ON/OFF] button to toggle the massage motor.
- c) Click the [10min], [20min], [30min] buttons to change the massage duration.
- d) Click the [TYPE] button to switch massage waveforms (4 available, single cycle switching).
- e) Click the [HEAD] button to adjust head massage intensity (segments indicate current intensity).
- f) Click the [FOOT] button to adjust foot massage intensity (segments indicate current intensity).
- g) Click the [?] button to turn the under-bed light on or off.
Alarm clock
Image Description: The app's "Alarm clock" interface displays settings for alarm time (e.g., 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12), repeat options, wake-up type, and ringtone.
- a) The current alarm status updates upon entering the interface.
- b) Click the [ON/OFF] button to toggle the massage motor. The selected time, wake-up mode, and alarm are saved when the switch is on.
- c) Slide the time selector to set the alarm time.
- d) Click "Repeat" to access the week selection interface and choose days for the alarm to repeat.
- e) Click the [M1] button to enter the wake-up mode selection interface. The selected mode will be used to wake the user when the alarm time is reached.
- f) Click the [None] button to enter the alarm selection mode and choose a ringtone. A notification with the selected ringtone will appear when the alarm time is reached.
Account management

- a) Click the [User icon] to access the user information management interface.
- b) Click the [Device icon] to access the device management interface for the currently bound device.

- a) Click the [Name field] button to change the username.
- b) Click the [Avatar field] button to upload the user avatar.
- c) Click the [Age field] button to change the user age.
- d) Click the [Gender field] button to edit user gender.
- e) Click the [Height field] button to modify the user's height.
- f) Click the [Weight field] button to modify the user's weight.
- g) Click the [Logout button] to log out the user.
Device information management
Image Description: The app's "Device information management" interface shows fields for Device Name (device), Version (v0.1.31), and Wifi Name (PM-ORE), with "Re pair" and "UnBind" buttons.
- a) Device information is refreshed each time the interface is entered.
- b) The "device" text below the device preview image indicates the name of the currently bound device.
- c) The "Device Name" button displays the current device name and is clickable to modify it.
- d) The "Version" button displays the device version number but is not currently clickable.
- e) The "Wifi Name" button displays the name of the currently connected WiFi and cannot be clicked or modified.
- f) Click [Re pair] to access the network re-matching interface, useful for WiFi changes. This action does not release the current device binding; the original status remains.
- g) Click [UnBind] to access the device unbinding interface. This action unbinds the device from the account, requiring re-matching the network to operate.
