Assembly Instructions

Drilling

1. Open the package and remove the ceiling light components.
2. Using an 8 mm impact drill, drill holes approximately 40 mm deep. Insert four dowels into the holes.
3. Thread the power cable through the cable hole. Use the adhesive screws to secure the base to the ceiling and then check that the base is properly secured.

Power Cable Connection

The clamp supports conductors with a cross-section of 1.5-2.5 mm². Expose 11-13 mm of wire.

Connect the neutral, phase, and ground wires in order to the terminal block marked N, L, and the ground symbol.

Route the power cable as shown in the diagram and check that the wires are connected correctly.

Connect the neutral, phase, and ground wires to the terminals marked N and L and the ground symbol. (When disconnecting power cables, press the red button on the terminal before pulling the wire).

Motherboard Assembly

1. Hold the motherboard with both hands and align it vertically with the center of the base assembly, looking through the transparent circle in the center of the motherboard (see Figure 1).
2. Push the base plate upwards. Once secured, visually check that the base plate lock aligns with the locking switch position.
3. After securing the base plate, rotate it left and right (see Figure 2) to align the two symmetrical locking switches to the locked position (see Figure 3). Rotate the two metal locking connectors in the middle of the base plate from their current position to the locked position (see Figure 4).

Lampshade Installation

Open all clips (see Figure 5), hold the lampshade with both hands on the sides, and place it fully onto the base plate (see Figure 6). Rotate the clips to secure the lampshade.

Smart Connectivity

Download Apps

Search for 'Yeelight' in the app store or scan the QR code [QR code symbol] to download and install the app.

Add Device

Go to the Yeelight homepage and click the '+' button in the top right corner to add a device. Follow the in-app instructions to set up the device. Once successfully added, it will appear in the device list. Note: The process may differ from this guide due to app updates; follow the on-screen instructions.

The product can also be controlled via MIJIA, Google Home, and Amazon Alexa apps. Download these from the app store. After installation, configure the device according to the app's instructions. Once setup is complete, the lamp can be controlled via the app.

Apple HomeKit Smart Control

1. Open the Home app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap 'Add Accessory' and follow the instructions to scan the QR code on the manual or distributor's box, or enter the 8-digit setup code above the QR code to enable Apple Home app access.

A Wi-Fi network with internet access is required nearby (the product does not support 5 GHz networks). iOS 9.0 or later is recommended for controlling this HomeKit-compatible accessory.

When adding a product to the Home app after a factory reset, you must reapply the HomeKit setup code. If the user manual is lost, remove the cover and scan the QR code or enter the setup code in the pairing box. iPad and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Operation and Control

Factory Reset

Using the wall switch, turn the ceiling light on and off seven times consecutively (turn off the light, wait two seconds, turn on, wait two seconds - this is one cycle). The ceiling light will start flashing and after five seconds will restart automatically, returning to factory settings.

Note: When using the ceiling light in a new network environment, reset the factory settings and reconnect to the network.

Pairing and Remote Control

Ensure the remote control and ceiling light are in the same room. Turn on the light and follow these steps within 60 seconds. Simultaneously press and release the 'OFF' and 'M' buttons on the remote control. The indicator light on the remote will flash to show pairing is in progress. Pairing is successful when the indicator light stops flashing.
