90-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
For ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, when this product is operated and maintained according to the instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Whirlpool Corporation (hereafter "Whirlpool"), at its sole discretion, will provide an identical or similar replacement product or factory specified replacement parts to correct defects in materials and workmanship that existed when this filter housing and case were purchased. If replaced, your product will be covered by the remaining 90-day limited warranty of the original product. This warranty is limited to the original consumer upon presentation of a dated proof of purchase; coverage is not transferable.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE PRODUCT OR PART REPLACEMENT AT OUR DISCRETION AS PROVIDED HEREIN. Warranty service may only be arranged by contacting the Whirlpool EveryDrop™ Water Filter Customer Satisfaction Center. This limited warranty is only valid in the United States.
WHAT IS NOT COVERD BY THIS WARRANTY:
- Damage from ordinary wear and tear such as scratches, dents, stains or discoloration to all surfaces or other damage that does not impair the function of the filter housing or case.
- Surface damage or discoloration due to chemical interaction or cleaning agents including, but not limited to, scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or automatic dishwashers.
- Damage due to improper handling, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures or failure to follow the manufacturer's use and care instructions.
- Consumable parts including the replacement filter are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Damage or breakage due to dropping or impact.
- Shipping, freight or insurance fees to return defective products to an Authorized Whirlpool Service Center.
- Use of this product in commercial applications.
- Replacement parts or products when used outside of the United States. The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY LIMITED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR LIMITED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO 90 DAYS OR THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. Some states and provinces do not allow limitations on duration of implied warranties of merchantability or fitness, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.
LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES; EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

WHIRLPOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states and provinces do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights that vary from state to state or province to province.

Manufacturers' warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
