Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Assemble Long Roof Pipes

Assemble the three required long pipes for the top of the carport. Each assembled pipe will be 20 feet long. For each long pipe, use:

  • Part 1 (Steel Pipe): 3 pieces
  • Part A (3-Way Corner Connector): 2 pieces
  • Part B (4-Way Corner Connector): 2 pieces

Diagram Description: Shows a long pipe with connectors labeled '1', 'A', and 'B' at intervals, indicating the assembly of individual roof beams. Required parts are listed: 9x '1', 6x 'A', 6x 'B'.

Step 2: Form the Carport Roof Frame

Connect the three assembled 20-foot long pipes using pipe 2 (Steel Pipe) to create the basic carport roof frame.

Diagram Description: Illustrates the connection of multiple pipe sections using shorter pipes (labeled '2') to form the main roof structure. Close-up views show how pipes are joined.

Step 3: Attach Vertical Supports

Connect the vertical support pipes (Part 3) to the top frame. These pipes attach to the corner connectors (A and B) of the roof structure.

Diagram Description: Shows the overall carport structure with vertical pipes (labeled '3') extending downwards from the roof frame's corner connectors. Foot plates (labeled 'D') are shown at the base of these vertical pipes.

Step 4: Attach Foot Plates

Connect the Foot Plates (Part D) to the bottom of the vertical support pipes (Part 3). This provides a stable base for each leg of the carport.

Diagram Description: Close-up views show the attachment of foot plates (D) to the base of the vertical pipes (3), often with screws.

Step 5: Secure the Structure to the Ground

Fix the structure to the ground using the provided ground pegs, ropes, and anchors. Ensure the structure is stable and taut.

Diagram Description: Depicts the carport frame anchored to the ground. It shows ground pegs (labeled 'Ф3') being driven into the ground, with ropes connecting the frame to the pegs. Anchors are also shown.

Step 6: Install the Top Cover

Drape the Top Cover over the assembled frame. Fasten the door side and other edges of the cover using the bungee cords. Approximately 6 bungee cords are used for each side.

Attention: Be sure to cover the top at this stage, as it may be difficult to install later.

Diagram Description: Shows the top cover being placed onto the carport frame. Arrows indicate the downward placement. Close-up views illustrate how bungee cords are used to secure the cover to the frame.
