Assembly Steps:
Step 1:
Use self-tapping screws (#4) to connect and secure the part (#D) to the steel post (#H).
Parts needed: D (1pc), H (2pcs), #4 (4pcs)
Diagram: Shows two steel posts (H) connected by a part (D) using screws (4).
Step 2:
Attach the top reinforcement bar (#C) to the assembled section of Step 1 using self-tapping screws (#4).
Parts needed: C (1pc), #4 (2pcs)
Diagram: Shows the top reinforcement bar (C) being attached to the structure from Step 1 using screws (4).
Step 3:
Use self-tapping screws (#4) to connect and secure the parts (#E and #F) to the steel post (#H), ensuring the side with the pre-punched holes is facing down.
Parts needed: E (1pc), F (1pc), #4 (4pcs)
Diagram: Shows parts E and F being attached to the steel posts (H) with screws (4). Close-ups indicate the side with holes should face down.
Step 4:
Connect and secure the steel post (#G) to the parts (#E and #F) using self-tapping screws (#4).
Parts needed: G (2pcs), #4 (4pcs)
Diagram: Shows steel posts (G) being attached to the structure from Step 3 using screws (4).
Step 5:
Secure the reinforcement bars (#B) between the steel posts (#G and #H) with self-tapping screws (#4).
Parts needed: B (2pcs), #4 (4pcs)
Diagram: Shows reinforcement bars (B) being attached between steel posts (G and H) using screws (4).
Repeat the above 5 steps to assemble five mainframes.
Diagram: Shows five assembled mainframes.
Step 6:
Arrange components #A, #J, #I, #I, and #A from left to right as shown, and secure them using self-tapping screws (#4).
Parts needed: A (4pcs), J (2pcs), I (4pcs), #4 (16pcs)
Diagram: Shows a row of components A, J, I, I, A being connected with screws (4).
Step 7:
Place the five mainframes above the base and secure them with self-tapping screws (#4). (At least two people should work together to complete this step.)
Parts needed: #4 (20pcs)
Diagram: Shows five mainframes being secured to a base with screws (4).
Step 8:
Attach the washer (#2) with the metal sheet (#L), then use M6 screws (#1) to connect and secure the steel post (#K) to the steel post (#G). Repeat this connection for the steel posts (#K) at all four corners. Then use M6 screws (#1) to attach the remaining steel posts (#K) to the steel posts (#G).
Parts needed: L (4pcs), #2 (20pcs), #1 (20pcs), K (8pcs)
Diagram: Shows steel posts (K) being attached to steel posts (G) using washers (2), metal sheets (L), and M6 screws (1). A close-up shows the connection detail.
Step 9:
Place the fasteners (#M) on the base (three on each side), and use a power drill to create twelve 10mm diameter holes in the ground. Then secure using expansion screws (#3).
Parts needed: M (6pcs), #3 (12pcs)
Diagram: Shows fasteners (M) being placed on the base and holes being drilled for expansion screws (3). A close-up shows the fastener and ground connection.
Step 10:
Install the longer metal sheet (#N) at both ends using pre-punched holes as reference points; ensure that the ends of the metal sheet extend 3.54 inches beyond the main frame.
Parts needed: N (1pcs), #4 (2pcs)
Diagram: Shows longer metal sheets (N) being attached to the ends of the carport frame with screws (4). Close-ups show the attachment point and the 3.54-inch extension.
Step 11:
Overlap every 2 metal sheets by about 1 inch for waterproof tape, and install the first row of metal sheets.
Parts needed: P (2pcs), N (1pcs), #4 (8pcs), #7 (1pcs)
Diagram: Shows metal sheets (N and P) being overlapped and attached with screws (4) and waterproof tape (7).
Step 12:
Pay attention to the overlapping method of different rows of metal sheets, and install the remaining metal sheets (#N and #P) in the same manner. Use self-tapping screws (#4) to fix all the metal sheets on the frames.
Parts needed: P (16pcs), N (16pcs), #4 (170pcs)
Diagram: Shows the remaining metal sheets (N and P) being installed, with close-ups illustrating the overlapping technique and screw attachment.
