The Hyundai IONIQ 5 is built on Hyundai's dedicated Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). This platform enables faster charging, increased driving range, more interior space, and better handling. The battery pack's low position ensures ideal weight distribution and improved handling. Installing the battery under the floor eliminates the center tunnel, creating a perfectly flat floor. An on-board socket is located at the backseat. For external use, a converter plugs into the bidirectional exterior socket, enabling you to power entertainment devices at the beach or while exploring. The V2L socket provides up to 3.6kW power output.
