Hyundai SmartSense provides safety for both the driver and passengers.

Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist

Warns the driver if a forward collision risk is detected (e.g., sudden braking of a vehicle ahead, pedestrian, or cyclist) and automatically applies brakes if the risk increases. It also assists with braking if a collision risk is detected when turning left at an intersection or approaching from the left/right.

Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist

Warns the driver if a rear collision risk is detected while changing lanes. If the risk increases, the system automatically controls the vehicle to help avoid a collision.

Safe Exit Assist

When passengers attempt to exit the vehicle after stopping, it warns if a vehicle is approaching from the rear. It also uses the electronic child lock to prevent doors from opening.

Highway Driving Assist 2

Maintains distance from the vehicle ahead and the set speed on highways and expressways, and also helps maintain the vehicle's position in the center of the lane on curves. At speeds above a certain level, it can automatically change lanes when the turn signal is activated, provided the driver's hands are on the steering wheel.

Navigation-based Smart Cruise Control - Safety Zone / Curve / Exit Ramp

Helps maintain a safe speed on highways and expressways, automatically reducing speed before entering safety zones. It returns to the set speed after exiting the zone. It also reduces speed appropriately before entering curves and returns to the set speed after exiting.

Lane Keeping Assist

Helps maintain the vehicle's position in the center of the lane.

Rear Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist

Warns if a collision risk is detected with vehicles approaching from the left or right while reversing. If the risk increases, it automatically applies the brakes.
