Display screen on/off button: Long press the screen for 3 seconds to turn it on or off. Press briefly to start or pause. After setting the time, the screen displays the set time. When the machine starts working, the time counts down to zero.
MERCURY X WASH Operating Instructions
The MERCURY X WASH is designed for cleaning printed models. Turn on the power first, then long press the button to start the machine.
- Open the sealing lid of the cleaning bucket. Add an appropriate amount of washing liquid. The liquid level can exceed the model but must not exceed the maximum scale. Place the cleaning bucket in the positioning slot on the machine platform.
- Submerge the model in the washing liquid in a suitable way. Do not place the model directly into the cleaning bucket for cleaning, as this can damage the model and the bucket.
[Diagram: Two views of the MERCURY X WASH cleaning bucket. The left view shows the bucket being filled with washing liquid up to a marked scale. The right view shows the cleaning bucket with a model submerged in the liquid.]
Washing with Build Platform (Models up to 180mm * 121mm * 153mm)
First, remove the lid of the cleaning bucket. Place the cleaning basket into the bucket. Then, set the cleaning basket bracket into the cleaning basket until it is secured. Place the model with its build platform onto the bracket. Be careful not to bump the model during placement. Finally, seal the lid.
The Mercury X Wash machine supports MARS2 series and MARS3 models with platform cleaning. For these models, remove the cleaning basket and use only the cleaning basket holder to clamp the platform. Two platforms can be cleaned simultaneously. Note that the Mars series build plate has no restrictive measure, so it may fall if placed unstably. It is recommended to remove the model from the build plate and place it in the cleaning basket for cleaning.
[Diagram: Three illustrations showing how to place a model on a build platform within the cleaning basket bracket. The first shows a 'Narrow mouth' bracket placement suitable for SATURN printers. The second shows a 'Wide mouth' bracket placement suitable for SATURN S printers. The third shows a stable platform placement for MARS 2 PRO printers, emphasizing steady placement.]
- SATURN: Use the narrow side of the bracket.
- SATURN S: Use the wide opening side of the bracket.
- MARS 2 PRO: Please note that the platform must be placed steadily.
Washing Without Build Platform (Models larger than 180mm * 121mm * 153mm)
Remove the lid of the cleaning bucket. Place the cleaning basket into the bucket without the bracket. Take the model off the platform directly and place it lightly into the cleaning basket. Seal the lid. Ensure the model is placed as flat as possible in the cleaning basket to prevent sharp corners from going over the grid and hitting the wheels.
[Diagram: An arrow shows a cleaning basket moving towards the MERCURY X WASH unit, indicating the model is placed directly into the basket without a platform or bracket.]
- Turn the knob clockwise to set the cleaning time. Press the screen briefly to start cleaning the model.
- The machine will beep when cleaning is finished. Take out the model for air-drying. After cleaning, remove the cleaning bucket and cover it with the cleaning lid. The washing liquid can be used multiple times. If washing liquid spills on the machine body, clean it up quickly to avoid short circuits.
MERCURY XS CURE Operating Instructions
The MERCURY XS CURE is designed for curing printed models. For first-time use, install the curing lights using the supplied tools. Insert the terminal of the lead wire from the machine shell into the interface below the curing lights. Place any extra wires inside the machine. Use the tools and screws to fix the two curing lights into their respective recesses on the machine shell. Then, turn on the power and long press the button to start the machine.
[Diagram: Two illustrations showing the installation of the curing lights. The first shows the lights being inserted into the top of the MERCURY XS CURE unit, with wires being connected. The second shows the lights securely in place.]
- Align the curing turntable with the turntable positioning slot in the center of the body platform and place it tightly.
- Place the air-dried model in the center of the curing turntable.
[Diagram: Two illustrations. The first shows an air-dried model being placed onto the curing turntable. The second shows the model on the turntable inside the curing chamber with the anti-UV lid closed.]
- Put the anti-UV lid on. Turn the knob clockwise to set the curing time. Press the screen briefly to start curing. Due to the slow rotating speed of the turntable, slight shaking is normal.
- The machine will beep when curing is completed.
Machine Maintenance
1. Recycling of Washing Liquid
When the washing liquid in the bucket is reused more than 30 times, it needs to be filtered and cleaned. First, let the washing liquid stand for about 10 hours. After the waste settles to the bottom, pour the upper layer of washing liquid into another container. Clean the waste at the bottom of the bucket. The waste can be converted into ordinary solid waste in sunlight. If necessary, the bucket rotor can be removed for cleaning.
[Diagram: Three steps showing the washing liquid recycling process. Step 1 shows the cleaning bucket with liquid and settled waste. Step 2 shows the clear liquid being poured into another container. Step 3 shows the remaining waste being exposed to sunlight.]
2. Clean the Impeller of the Cleaning Bucket
After the cleaning bucket has been used for a period, the rotor at the bottom may rotate abnormally due to sediment. You can remove the rotor for cleaning.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- The MERCURY XS BUNDLE does not work:
Check for poor power supply contact. Please re-plug the power supply. Ensure the anti-UV lid is covered. Try again after covering the lid.
- The model turns white after washing and curing:
For MERCURY X WASH, ensure the concentration of alcohol used for cleaning is greater than 95%. For MERCURY XS CURE, ensure the model is air-dried before curing. Wait for the surface of the model to dry before curing.
- The rotor of the cleaning bucket does not rotate when the MERCURY X WASH machine is running:
The rotor might be caught by foreign matters. Try again after removing the cleaning bucket, pouring out the washing liquid, and removing any foreign matters. If there is too much precipitation in the washing liquid, take down the cleaning bucket, clean the precipitation, or change the washing liquid, then try again.
