Note: For operation at ambient temperature above 50 °C (122 °F).
Connections and Schema
Connection Diagrams
Single or Three-phase Power Supply - Diagram With Line Contactor
A wiring diagram showing a single or three-phase power supply connected to the ATV320 drive via a line contactor (KM1). It includes connections for power input (L1, L2, L3), motor output (U, V, W), and control signals. Notes indicate the use of a line choke (if used) and the function of relay output R1 to switch off the product in case of fault.
Single or Three-phase Power Supply - Diagram With Downstream Contactor
A wiring diagram showing a single or three-phase power supply connected to the ATV320 drive via a downstream contactor (KM2). It includes connections for power input (L1, L2, L3), motor output (U, V, W), and control signals. Notes indicate the use of a line choke (if used) and the function of relay output R1 to switch off the product in case of fault.
Control Block Wiring Diagram
A detailed wiring diagram for the control block of the ATV320 drive. It illustrates connections for analog output (AQ1), analog inputs (AI1, AI2, AI3), digital inputs (DI1-DI6), and communication ports (COM, COM). It also shows connections for external power supplies and potentiometers. Notes provide details on analog output, analog inputs, potentiometer usage, and digital input shielding instructions.
Digital Inputs Wiring

NOTE:
- STO input is also connected by default on a 24 Vdc terminal. If the external power supply is switched off, the function STO will be triggered.
- To avoid triggering the STO function when switching-on the product, the external power supply must be previously switched on.
