Charging the Battery
Charge the battery for at least 4 hours before first use. Connect the supplied USB-C cable to the device and the other end (USB-A) to a standard USB charger (2.8A recommended for fast charging). Charging is indicated by an LED strip. Charging takes approximately 6-7 hours, providing up to 9-10 hours of operation. Actual operating time depends on volume, mode, music type, and ambient temperature.
It is generally not recommended to listen while charging. A discharging battery may affect sound quality and BT connection. The device will switch off after the third warning tone when the battery is low. Recharge the battery promptly. For longer battery life, keep the battery charged even when not in use.
Operation
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the On/Off button (left of the rotary knob).
- Play/Pause: Briefly press the On/Off button.
- RESET: Press and hold the RESET button on the back for a few seconds to restore factory settings in case of abnormal operation.
Volume Control and Function Switching
Adjust volume using the central rotary knob. Press and hold (2s) the button next to the BT TWS symbol to select music modes (indoor, outdoor, karaoke). The device automatically switches input sources (AUX, BT, USB/microSD) when a new signal is connected.
Wireless BT Connection
Pair with other BT devices within a 10-meter range. The device defaults to BT mode upon power-on; the power button flashes while waiting for pairing and stays lit when paired. Double-press the RGB LED button to disconnect/reconnect BT. Playback can be controlled via the On/Off button (play/pause). Use the TWS button to manually select BT mode. For optimal sound, harmonize speaker and external device volume controls. A speaker can pair with one BT device at a time. If the connection is lost, move devices closer or restart BT mode. If pairing fails, remove the device from the phone's list and retry. The device powers off after 15 minutes of inactivity. Handle incoming calls by pausing playback.
True Wireless Stereo (TWS) BT Connection
Pair two identical speakers for a true wireless stereo experience. Ensure both speakers are in BT mode, then briefly press the TWS button on both. A beep confirms connection. Find and connect the system on your mobile device to enjoy double volume and stereo surround sound. It's recommended to place the speakers about 2 meters apart. Ensure neither speaker nor phone is connected to other devices before TWS pairing.
USB/microSD Playback
Insert a USB or microSD storage device into the port under the rubber cover. The device automatically switches to USB mode. Playback starts. Use the On/Off button for play/pause and +/- buttons to skip tracks. The TWS button can also activate music play mode. Recommended file system: FAT32. Ensure correct file format (MP3). If the device doesn't play sound or recognize the device, unplug and replug, or restart the device. Place music files in the root directory.
Wired Audio Input (AUX)
Connect an external device via the 3.5mm stereo AUX socket. The sound is heard immediately, and the AUX input activates automatically. You can also select this source by long-pressing the TWS button. A short press of the On/Off button toggles mute. Sound quality depends on the external device and its settings. Keep the source volume at a medium level. A connection cable or external converter may be required.
Tone Adjustment
BASS BOOST (Music Mode): Press the button 1-2-3 times to cycle through three sound modes: indoor, outdoor, and karaoke. Select the mode that best suits the song and listening environment.
RGB LED Light Effect
Press the RGB LED button repeatedly to cycle through lighting effects. Long press to turn lights on/off. Operating time is longer with lights off.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning, switch off and disconnect the power. Use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents. Keep connectors dry.
Periodically check the charging cable and casing. Disconnect power and consult a professional if any abnormality occurs.
Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs, switch off the device and disconnect cables. If the problem persists, check the following:
- Device not working, LED not lit: Ensure the device is switched on. Check the On/Off button. Charge the built-in battery if it's depleted.
- No sound: Check volume controls on the device and connected device are not set to minimum. Ensure the audio cable is connected correctly.
- Music playback issues:
- Incorrect source selected: Re-check or repeat wired/wireless connection.
- Playback not working: Ensure correct MP3 format. Check USB/microSD socket for foreign objects and clean if necessary. Ensure external memory device is compatible.
- Noisy playback: Ensure correct MP3 format. Check media for faults or connection errors. Verify data copy process.
If the speaker is charged but won't turn on or function correctly, plug in the charging cable, press and hold the RESET button for a few seconds, then turn it on.
