MITTLED LED Spotlight

Important Safety Instructions

For indoor use only.

Regularly check the cord, the transformer, and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged, the product should not be used.

Important information! Keep these instructions for future use.

The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed.

The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.

ONLY USE A SAFETY TRANSFORMER WITH A SELV OUTPUT AS A SUPPLY FOR THE PRODUCT.

Use only IKEA LED drivers suited for this product. The total wattage of the lamps connected to one LED driver must not exceed the maximum power stated on that LED driver and never more than 30W.

Assembly Instructions

Tools and Parts:

  • Required Tools: Screwdriver, Drill
  • Included Parts: Screws (2x), Driver Bits (1x), Mounting Rails (2x)

Step 1: Mark Mounting Location

Mark the desired mounting location on the surface where the spotlight will be installed. Ensure the surface is suitable for drilling.

Step 2: Drill Holes

Using a drill, create holes of Ø 8 mm (5/16") at the marked locations.

Step 3: Attach Mounting Rails

Attach the two mounting rails to the surface using the provided screws (2x). Ensure they are securely fastened.

Step 4: Mount Spotlight Body

Position the spotlight body onto the attached mounting rails. Secure the spotlight using the provided screws (2x).

Step 5: Connect Spotlight to Power

Connect the spotlight to the LED driver. A 'click' sound indicates a secure connection.

Step 6: Route Cable and Connect Driver

Neatly route the power cable and connect it to the LED driver. Connect the LED driver to a power outlet.

Important Note on Power:

The LED driver and power supply cord are sold separately. Ensure the total wattage of all lamps connected to a single LED driver does not exceed the driver's maximum power rating, and never exceeds 30W.

System Configuration:

Multiple MITTLED spotlights can be connected to a single IKEA LED driver. Always ensure the total wattage does not exceed the driver's specified maximum or 30W.
