- Please place this machine on a flat and stable surface place; be careful and don't tip the machine over. In case the machine is broken and cannot be used as normal.
- The device should be set up as close as possible to an easily accessible wall socket.
- Dangerous: please do not disassemble, modify or repair the machine in any way on your own. To avoid electric shock, hurting or accidental injury.
- When you empty the basket, or move the machine, or no need to use the machine for a certain period of time, please kindly set the machine to OFF status and unplug. To avoid fire accident or electric shock.
- Please don't use inflammable liquids, gases, water, and cleaner to clean the machine. To avoid fire accident or electric shock.
- Please don't use the machine in a very high temperature, very humidity, and very heavy dust environment. To avoid fire accident, electric shock, or machine malfunction.
- Please do not put adhesive tape, carbon paper, fabric, plastic film, etc. into the machine for shredding. To avoid damaging the machine.

- Please kindly keep your hair away from the feeding opening of paper shredder. If your hair is accidentally sucked in, please kindly use the "Reverse function" and get rid of the danger.
- Please kindly keep your clothing or some small items away from the feeding opening of paper shredder, such as ties, necklaces, sleeves, jewelry, etc.
- Please don't use inflammable liquids, gases, water, and cleaner to clean the machine. To avoid fire accident.
- Please kindly don't touch the sharp edges to avoid injury.
- This equipment is not intended for use by children. Avoid touching the media feed opening with hands, clothing, or hair. Unplug this equipment when not in use for an extended period of time. Hazardous moving parts are in this equipment; keep body parts away from moving parts.
- It cannot shred over 8 sheets at one time.
KNOW YOUR SHREDDER
The diagram shows the Bonsaii paper shredder with numbered callouts pointing to its various parts.
- 1. Control panel: Features four status options: REV, OFF, FWD, AUTO.
- 2. Reverse Position: Used to release paper.
- 3. Auto Position: Activates shredding automatically when paper is inserted.
- 4. Forward: Forces the shredder to run forward.
- 5. OFF: Shuts down the shredder.
- 6. Power light: Indicates operational status, typically green.
- 7. Indicator light: Indicates overheating, typically red.
- 8. Feed opening: Where paper is inserted.
- 9. Transparent Window: Allows viewing the contents of the basket.
- 10. Basket: Collects shredded paper.
- 11. Shredder's handle: For lifting or carrying the shredder head.
For safety reasons, the shredder will operate only if the shredder head is in the correct position and used with the supplied basket.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Plug in the shredder and move the "control panel" from OFF to AUTO position. The "Power Light" will turn green. You can then feed papers, staples, clips, or credit cards to shred. Continuous operation is approximately 5 minutes.
- When finished shredding or no longer need to use the machine, please set the control panel to OFF.
- Jam: If a jam occurs, please move the "control panel" from AUTO to REV position and pull out the jammed paper.
- For Serious Jams: Move the "control panel" from REV to FWD position for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this operation 2-3 times if the jam is very serious.
- Overheat: If the power light is green and the indicator light is red, the machine is overheating and needs to cool down. Allow approximately 40 minutes for cooling.
- Max 8 sheets: If the number of sheets exceeds the capacity (8 sheets), please remove the excess papers.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
- Plug in the shredder and move the "control panel" from OFF to AUTO position. The "Power Light" will show green. Feed one shredder lubricant pack into the machine.
- Move the "control panel" from AUTO to REV position for 2-3 seconds, but do not pull out the shredder lubricant pack.
- Move the "control panel" from REV to AUTO position to shred the lubricant pack for 3-5 seconds. Repeat this operation for 2-3 times until the shredder lubricant pack is fully shredded.
- When finished shredding or no longer need to use the machine, please set the control panel to OFF.
CAUTION:
Only use professional shredder lubricant packs to maintain the shredder, such as Bonsaii shredder lubricant 24-Pack/12-Pack. Do not use cleaners, inflammable liquids, gases, or oil. ?️

Paper dust and other foreign objects cover the mechanical sensor. | Mechanical sensor is obstructed by dust or debris. LIMITED WARRANTY
Bonsaii offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this period, items can be returned without extra fees if there is a manufacturing defect. Returns are free and easy for manufacturing defects; otherwise, the customer covers shipping fees. Sale products are also returnable.
If the product does not meet expectations, email within 30 days of receipt for return or exchange. The original form of payment will be refunded in full upon completion of the return. After 30 days, orders may incur a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. After 60 days, purchases from Bonsaii are non-refundable.
For damaged products received, notify Bonsaii within 48 hours of delivery. Bonsaii will investigate the claim and notify the freight company. Retain all packaging for inspection. Replacements will be processed as soon as possible after investigations.
For products arriving defective or damaged, contact the Customer Support Team and Quality Assurance team by emailing customer-care@bonsaii.com with the order number. Provide information about the issue, and potentially a short video or pictures of the defects. If confirmed defective, a new replacement will be sent. If the product is determined not to be defective, correct usage instructions will be provided.
