This manual provides instructions for the Bonsaii C233-B Micro Cut shredder, covering both auto-feed and manual-feed operations.

Important Safety Introductions Before First Use

- Please keep your hands away from the sharp blades and feeding opening of the paper shredder.
- Please keep your hair away from the feeding opening of the paper shredder.
- If your hair is accidentally sucked in, please use the "Reverse function" [REV] and get rid of the danger.
- Please keep your clothing or small items like ties, necklaces, sleeves, jewelry, etc., away from the feeding opening of the paper shredder.
- Do not use flammable liquids, gases, water, and cleaner to clean the machine. [fire] To avoid fire accident.
- Please do not touch the sharp edges to avoid injury.
- This equipment is not intended for use by children. Avoid touching the media feed opening with hands, clothing, or hair. Unplug this equipment when not in use for an extended period of time. Hazardous moving parts are present; keep body parts away from moving parts. [unplug]
Shredding Capacity:
- Manual-Feed: Cannot shred over 12 sheets at one time.
- Auto-Feed: Cannot shred over 110 sheets at one time.
One folded sheet of paper equates to 2 sheets of paper.
Heavier paper, humidity, or voltage other than rated may reduce capacity. Use 85% of maximum sheets per pass to avoid jams.

Will not shred: Unopened junk mail, adhesive labels, continuous form paper, transparencies, newspaper, cardboard, large paper clips, laminates, file folders, X-rays, or plastic other than noted above.
Manual-feed maximum recommended daily usage rates: 65 sheets, 2 credit cards.
Operating Instructions
- Open the Auto-feed Supporting plate and the Auto-feed fixed rod to make the Auto-feed Connecting plate (top and bottom) straight. A click sound will be heard when the plate is straight.
- Make the papers tidily.
- Plug in and press the power switch to the ON position (indicated by a dash symbol). The Auto button will illuminate in blue light.
- Feed the tidy papers to the “Auto-feed opening” (Max 110 sheets) or feed the papers to the “Manual Feed Opening” (Max 12 sheets).
- Diagram Description: Shows two scenarios for feeding paper. Feeding single sheets into the auto-feed opening is marked with a cross [✗]. Feeding papers into the manual-feed opening is marked with a check [✓]. Feeding multiple sheets into the auto-feed opening is also marked with a check [✓].
- When finished shredding or no longer needed, press the "Auto button" [AUTO] or the power switch to OFF (indicated by a circle symbol). The Auto button light will turn OFF.
[BASKET FULL] Indicator: The shredder stops to work and requires the basket to be cleaned. The Auto button will flash blue light.

- The Auto button light will be OFF when the basket is opened.
- After cleaning the basket and reassembling it with the shredder body, the Auto button will be blue light, and the shredder will be in standby working status.
Troubleshooting: Auto-Feed Jam
- Pull out the jammed papers and press the REV button [REV]. The Auto button will flash red and blue light.
- Open the Auto-feed Connecting plate lock and take out the jammed papers.
- Feed the jam paper scraps into the manual-feed opening to shred.
- Move the Auto-feed cleaning button and move the paper scraps into the basket.
- Clean up the jammed paper scraps.
- After cleaning up the jammed paper scraps, move the Auto-feed Connecting plate lock and assemble the Auto-feed Connecting plate well. The shredder is in standby working status (Auto button in blue light).
Suggestion: Separate the jam paper to re-feed.
[CAUTION] Re-feed tidy paper to auto-feed, re-feed wrinkle paper to manual-feed shredding.
Troubleshooting: Manual Feed Jam
- Pull out the jammed papers and press the REV button [REV]. The Auto button will flash red light.
- For very serious jams, press the REV [REV] button and FWD [FWD] button for 3-5 seconds.
- Suggestion: Separate the jam paper to re-feed shredding in manual-feed.
- When the Auto button is blue light, the Shredder is in standby working status.
Troubleshooting: Overload / Overheat
Overload
The Auto button is red and blue light with flashing. This means the Auto-feed opening (red and blue light with flashing) or Manual-Feed Opening (red with flashing) is over its capacities. You need to take out the excess papers.
Action: Take out the excess papers and re-feed to shred.
Overheat
The Auto button is red light, and the Shredder stops to work. You need to wait for cooling down. After the shredder cools down, the Auto button will be blue light, and the shredder will be in standby working.
Product Maintenance
- Plug in and feed one shredder lubricant pack into the Manual-Feed slot. (Auto button in blue light)
- (Diagram shows the process of shredding the lubricant pack.)
- Press the REV button [REV] for 2-3 seconds staying. (Do not pull out the shredder lubricant pack.)
- Press the REV [REV] button and FWD [FWD] button to shred the lubricant pack for 3-5 seconds staying, repeat the operation 2-3 times until the shredder lubricant pack is fully shredded.
- When finished shredding or no need to use it, please press "Auto button" [AUTO] or power switch to "o" (OFF). (Auto button light OFF)
[CAUTION] Use only the professional shredder lubricant pack to maintain the shredder, such as Bonsaii shredder Lubricant 24-Pack (/LS24) / 12-Pack (/LS12). Do not use cleaner, inflammable liquids, gases, oil, etc.
Troubleshooting

Bonsaii stands by its products and offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. During this time, you can return the item without paying any extra fee if there is a manufacturing defect. Please rest assured that the returns are free and easy if there is a manufacturing defect. Otherwise, it would be the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping fee. Products on sale are also returnable.
If the product isn't meeting your expectations, please email within 30-days of receipt. We will help you to either return or exchange your product. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full once the full return is complete. After the 30-days orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Additional return details are listed below. If you receive a damaged product, you must notify Bonsaii within 48 hours of delivery. Bonsaii will investigate the claim and notify the freight company about the damage. Please retain all packaging in the event that Bonsaii or the freight company needs to inspect it. These investigations may take several days but merchandise replacements will be processed as soon as possible.
For product arrived defective or damaged, We're sorry to hear that your Bonsaii product arrived in less than perfect condition. We'd like to resolve this issue right away with the help of our Customer Support Team and Quality Assurance Team. They'll need to know a bit of information on your order as well as the issue you're experiencing with your Bonsaii product.
