Assembly Instructions
- Attach side rails (2, 3) to the base frame (1) using screws (A x 2) and (B x 1). Ensure the orientation is correct as shown in the diagram.
- Attach the drawer support rails (8, 9, 10) to the side panels using screws (C x 1) and (D x 1).
- Insert screws (E x 6) through the pre-drilled holes in the side panels and into the corresponding holes on the shelf frames (5).
- Attach the back panel (7) to the frame using screws (F x 6).
- Secure the frame using screws (F x 6) and the Allen wrench (N x 1). Refer to the diagram for precise placement.
- Attach the caster wheels (G x 2) and (H x 2) to the bottom of the cart.
- Insert screws (I x 4) through the frame and secure with nuts (J x 4). Use the Allen wrench (N x 1) and wrench (O x 1) for tightening.
- Attach the support bar (K) to the drawer assembly using screws (L x 2).
- Assemble the drawer by attaching the drawer front (10) to the drawer sides (8, 9) and drawer bottom (11) using screws (E x 4).
- Slide the assembled drawer into the cart.
- Place the wire baskets (M x 2) into the designated slots on the cart.
- Place the top panel (7) onto the cart.
Assembly is now complete. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
