General Assembly Notes:
- Unit should be assembled by two or more people.
- DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY BOLTS UNTIL ALL BOLTS HAVE BEEN STARTED.
- Keep all instructions included with your bedroom components for future reference.
Step 1: Prepare Components
Identify and gather the following parts: C (x4), D (x1), E (x3), F (x1), G (x1), H (x1), AA (x1), J (x2), K (x1), L (x2), M (x2), N (x1), P (x1), W (x42).
This step involves preparing the main frame components and ladder parts.
Step 2: Assemble Side Frames and Cross Braces
Insert barrel nuts (S) into the designated holes on component A. Align component B with component A and insert bolts (R) through component B and into the barrel nuts (S) on component A. Tighten bolts (R). Repeat for the other side frame.
Note: Before inserting the barrel nut, adjust the nut hole so that it is parallel to the parts hole.
Attach cross braces (C) to the side frames using screws (W).
Step 3: Attach Support Beams to Side Frames
Attach support beams F, G, H, and AA to the assembled side frames using bolts (Q) and barrel nuts (T). Ensure the barrel nuts are oriented correctly.
Note: Before inserting the barrel nut, adjust the nut hole so that it is parallel to the parts hole.
Step 4: Install Ladder and Additional Supports
Attach the ladder (P) to the frame using bolts (U) and barrel nuts (T). Install mattress support slats (L, M, N) across the frame using bolts (R) and (S).
Note: Before inserting the barrel nut, adjust the nut hole so that it is parallel to the parts hole.
Attach the decorative panel (AB) using screws (V).
Step 5: Secure Main Structure
Continue attaching remaining support beams and slats as shown in the diagrams, using the appropriate hardware (Q, R, S, U, V, W). Ensure all bolts are started before tightening any of them.
Attach the remaining mattress support slats (V) using screws (V).
Step 6: Final Touches and Labels
Secure any remaining components, such as the top frame or decorative elements (AB), using screws (V).
Apply the Model/Mfg./Data LABEL and WARNING LABEL to their designated locations. Do not remove these labels.
Step 7: Final Check and Moving Advice
Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened. The bunk bed is now assembled.
Note: Always disassemble the bed prior to moving to a new location.
