Important Safety Notice
Read carefully before beginning assembly!
- Always use proper tools.
- Follow the assembly steps in order. Do not skip any steps.
- Check all packing materials carefully for small parts that may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. If parts are missing, contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to obtain any missing parts. DO NOT USE SUBSTITUTE PARTS.
- Periodically check to ensure that all connectors (bolts, screws, etc.) are tight.
- Keep the instructions for future reference.
- Some assembly may involve attaching glass or mirrors. Be very careful handling the glass or mirrors, as severe injury may result if the glass or mirror breaks. Never handle large pieces of glass or mirrors by yourself.
- When assembling products that have electric cords (lamps, light, etc.), always (1) make sure the electrical cord is unplugged before assembly and (2) be careful not to twist the electrical cord during assembly.
- When assembling shelves or entertainment centers, do not stand on lower shelves in order to assemble upper shelves – use a step ladder.
- Do not stand on tables, including but not limited to, end tables, coffee tables, and dinner tables, as tables are not to support the weight of a person.
- Where assembly instructions state that the assembly requires two or more people, do not attempt by yourself as there is a risk of injury.
Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. disclaims any liability for damages or injuries which may occur due to failure to properly follow assembly instructions, properly assemble the product, or properly use the product.
Note: Your unit may look different in appearance from the one shown in the illustrations on this instruction sheet.

Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Side Rails to Headboard
Option 1: Attach part A (Headboard Panel) to part K (Connector Bracket) using two bolts (T) and the hex key (AA). Ensure all bolts are started before tightening.
Option 2: Attach part A (Headboard Panel) to part K (Connector Bracket) using two bolts (T) and the hex key (AA). Ensure all bolts are started before tightening.
Note: The diagram shows two options for attaching the headboard panel to the connector bracket, both using the same hardware.
Step 2: Assemble Support Structure
Attach part C (Support Rail) to part D (Support Rail) using twelve bolts (U) and the hex key (AA). Each connection uses six bolts (U). Ensure all bolts are started before tightening.
Note: This step involves connecting two support rails (C and D) with multiple bolts.
Step 3: Attach Footboard Panel
Attach part E (Footboard Panel) to part F (Support Piece) using eight bolts (Y). Each connection uses two bolts (Y). Ensure all bolts are started before tightening.
Note: This step connects the footboard panel to support pieces.
Step 4: Connect Frame Components
Connect part A (Headboard Panel) to part B (Side Rail) and part B (Side Rail) to the other side. This forms the basic frame of the bed.
Note: This step shows the overall structure coming together, connecting the headboard and side rails.
Step 5: Attach Long Rails and Brackets
Attach part L (Long Rail) to part M (Bracket) using bolts (W) and the hex key (AA). Each bracket (M) is attached to the long rail (L) with one bolt (W). Then, attach part P (Connector Piece) to the bracket (M) using bolts (AA) and nuts (R). Part Z (Screw) is also used in this connection.
Note: This step involves assembling the side rails with additional support brackets and connector pieces.
Step 6: Install Slat Supports
Attach part H (Slat Support Runner) to part G (Leg) using four bolts (S) and the hex key (AA). Each leg (G) receives two slat supports (H), secured by two bolts (S) each. Also, attach part H (Slat Support Runner) to part P (Connector Piece) using eight bolts (Y) and the hex key (AA). Each connection uses two bolts (Y).
Note: This step focuses on attaching the supports for the bed slats.
Step 7: Final Assembly
The final assembly shows the complete bed frame with all components connected, ready for mattress and bedding.
Note: Always disassemble the bed prior to moving to a new location.
