Panda V2 Instrument Operating Manual for Electric Scooter

1. The Instrument Display

The instrument display shows speed, gear, battery status, and other information.

The display functions include:

Speed display: 0-199 km/h or 0-199 mph.
Electronic gear display: Adjustable power levels from 1 (low power) to 3 (high power).
Information display: Shows operating times, single mileage (TRIP), total mileage (ODO), and battery voltage (VOL).
Fault icon display.
Battery capacity display.
Function parameters adjustment menu.

Working Voltage: DC 24V / 36V / 48V / 52V / 60V compatible. Parameter P01 adjusts the adaptive battery power display.
Acceleration Hall Signal: Accepts a direct connection to the controller for sensitive and accurate acceleration readings.
Communication: Uses a Uart two-way communication port to adjust controller functions and receive speed/status information.
Auto Shut-off: The display automatically shuts off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
Connection: The instrument display uses a 6-core wire set.

Instrument button type:

Power on/off: Long press the (P button) to turn the instrument display on or off.
Electronic Gears: In the speed display state, short press the (M button) to switch between power levels 1-3.
Switch Display Information: In the speed display state, short press the (P button) to cycle through TIME, TRIP, ODO, & VOL.
Headlight Switch: (Requires controller support) Long press the (M button) for approximately 3 seconds. If the headlight icon is displayed, the headlight is on; otherwise, it is off.
Enter/Exit Settings Menu: Press and hold both the (P button) and (M button) simultaneously for about 3 seconds.
Switch Parameters: Short press the (P button) for the next parameter or the (M button) for the previous parameter.
Enter Parameter Settings: Long press the (P button) or (M button) for about 3 seconds to enter the settings for the current parameter. The content will flash.
Adjust Parameter Value: Short press the (P button) to decrease the value or the (M button) to increase the value.

[Braking icon] : Braking icon. Displayed when there is a braking fault.
[Controller icon] : Controller icon. Flashes when the instrument or controller communication fails, and displays continuously when the controller is abnormal.
[Motor icon] : Motor icon. Displayed when the motor is faulty.
[Handlebar icon] : Handlebar icon. Displayed when the handlebar has some fault.
