Important Safety Warnings

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.

General Warnings

• Read all instructions before assembling and using the crib. Keep instructions for future reference.
• Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add pillows, comforters, or extra padding under an infant.
• The mattress used in this crib must be no more than 6 inches (15cm) thick and fit snugly. The gap between the mattress and crib sides should not exceed 1 3/16 inches (3cm).
• Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.
• Inspect the crib regularly for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts, missing parts, or sharp edges before and after assembly, and during use. Securely tighten all fasteners.
• DO NOT use the crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Stork Craft for replacement parts. DO NOT substitute parts.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by a physician.
• DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.
• Never use plastic shipping bags or plastic film as mattress covers, as they can cause suffocation.
• If re-finishing, use only non-toxic finishes specified for children's products.
• DO NOT use this crib if the attached or enclosed instructions cannot be strictly adhered to.
• Follow warnings on all products placed in the crib.

Strangulation Hazard

• Strings can cause strangulation. Do not place items with strings around a child's neck (e.g., hood strings, pacifier cords). Do not suspend strings over a crib or toddler bed, or attach them to toys.
• Ensure all fasteners are tightened to prevent a child from trapping body parts or clothing.
• DO NOT place the crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes could pose a strangulation risk.

Fall Hazard

• When a child can pull up to a standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position. Remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
• Stop using the crib when a child begins to climb out or reaches 35 inches (89 cm) in height.

CAUTION: ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB SHALL BE AT LEAST 27 1/4 INCHES BY 51 5/8 INCHES (69 CM X 131 CM) WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 INCHES (15 CM) AND THE MINIMUM MATTRESS THICKNESS OF 4 INCHES (10 CM).

Hardware and Tools

This product uses Imperial threaded hardware.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly requires two people.

1. Step 1

   Attach the Back Rail Bottom (10) to the Left Back Post (2) and Right Back Post (6). Use 4x Bolts (E) and 4x Barrel Nuts (L). Ensure the posts are oriented correctly.

2. Step 2

   Attach the Crib Left End (3) and Crib Right End (4) to the assembled back posts. Use 3x Bolts (D) and 3x Barrel Nuts (L) for each end. Attach the Left Front Post (1) and Right Front Post (7) to the ends using 3x Bolts (F) and 3x Barrel Nuts (L) for each post.

3. Step 3

   Attach the Front Rail (13) to the front posts (1, 7). Use 2x Bolts (C) and 2x Barrel Nuts (L) on each side. Also attach the Stretcher Bar (32) to the front posts using 2x Bolts (C) and 2x Barrel Nuts (L).

4. Step 4

   Attach the Back Rail Top (11) to the Left Back Post (2) and Right Back Post (6). Use 2x Bolts (C) and 2x Barrel Nuts (L).

5. Step 5

   Attach the Changer Back Lower (20) to the Right Back Post (6) and Right Crib End (4). Use 3x Bolts (E) and 3x Wooden Dowels (I). Attach the Changer Back Mounting Rail (22) to the Right Crib End (4) using 1x Wooden Dowel (I).

6. Step 6

   Attach the Changer Supports (18) to the Right Crib End (4) and the Changer Back Lower (20). Use 5x Wooden Dowels (I). Attach the Changer Front Top (16) to the Changer Supports (18) and the Right Crib End (4). Use 5x Bolts (D).

7. Step 7

   Attach the Top Shelf Support Rail (17) to the Changer Front Top (16) and the Changer Back Mounting Rail (22). Use 2x Bolts (G) and 2x Washers (K). Attach the Top Shelf (23) to the Top Shelf Support Rail (17) and Changer Back Mounting Rail (22) using 2x Acorn Nuts (J) and 2x Washers (K). Attach the Safety Strap (P) to the Top Shelf (23) using 2x Bolts (G) and 2x Washers (K). Use the Wrench (O) to tighten.

8. Step 8

   Slide the Top Shelf (23) into place. Slide the Bottom Shelf (24) into place.

9. Step 9

   Attach the Changer Front Lower (19) to the Changer Supports (18) and the Right Crib End (4). Use 8x Bolts (D). Attach the Changer Center Panel (25) to the Changer Front Lower (19) and the Top Shelf (23). Use 6x Wooden Dowels (I).

10. Step 10

    Attach the Front Mounting Rails (14, 15) to the Left Front Post (1) and Right Front Post (7). Use 4x Bolts (E) on each side. Ensure they are oriented correctly.

11. Step 11

    Install the Mattress Support (33) onto the Mattress Support rails (10, 32) and the crib ends (3, 4). Use 4x Bolts (H) to attach the support to the rails. The mattress support has multiple height adjustment positions. The spring is shown in the lowest position. For newborn babies, set the spring in the highest position. Lower the mattress spring as the child grows and becomes more mobile.

12. Step 12

    Attach the Back Rail (13) to the Left Front Post (1) and Right Front Post (7). Use 2x Bolts (B) on each side. Attach the Stretcher Bar (32) to the Left Front Post (1) and Right Front Post (7). Use 2x Bolts (B) on each side.

13. Step 13

    Attach the Changer Shelf (26) to the Changer End (5) and the Changer Back Mounting Rail (22). Use 4x Shelf Supports (M).

14. Step 14

    Assemble the drawers. For each drawer: Attach Drawer Left (27) and Drawer Right (28) to Drawer Back (29) using 2x Wooden Dowels (I) and 4x Wood Screws (N). Slide Drawer Bottom (31) into the grooves. Attach Drawer Front (30) using 2x Wooden Dowels (I) and 4x Wood Screws (N). Repeat for all 3 drawers.

15. Step 15

    Assemble drawers by aligning left and right rollers with the opening above the left and right rollers of the dresser. Insert the assembled drawers into the changer unit. A 'CLICK' sound indicates proper seating.

Conversion Instructions

To Toddler/Day Bed

The optional Toddler Rail is available for separate purchase from Graco online retailers.

Safety rail can be assembled on opposite sides if desired.

Follow the assembly instructions for the toddler rail (not included in this document).

To Full Size Bed

You have the option to convert the crib to a full-size bed. Simply disassemble the crib to get the headboard components. Attach the headboard (10) to a full-size metal bed frame (NOT INCLUDED) using 4x Bolts (H).

Storage and Care

To disassemble for storage, reverse the assembly steps. The stationary side rail, mattress base, and other parts can be disassembled.

Wipe all parts with a dampened clean cloth. DO NOT use abrasives or harsh detergents.

To convert to a double bed, follow instructions in the double bed kit (must be purchased separately).

Limited One Year Warranty

Your product is warranted against defects in workmanship or material for ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty is limited to, at the discretion of Stork Craft, repairing or replacing any part proved defective under normal use and service during the warranty period.
