Adult assembly is required. Small parts may present a choking hazard prior to assembly.
Please follow these step-by-step instructions to quickly assemble your product. Before you begin, we recommend the following:
- Read all instructions thoroughly.
- Identify all parts and hardware.
- You may need the following tools: Philips Head screw driver, Flat head screw driver, Hammer.
Do Not Use Power Drills or Drivers.
Keep these instructions for future use.
To protect your parts during assembly, place them on a soft surface. Clean surfaces with only water on a damp cloth. Do not use window cleaners or abrasive cleaning agents, as they can scratch the surface and damage the protective coating.

Safety Warnings
⚠️ WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and the assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
General Safety
- Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add pillows, comforters, or additional padding under an infant.
- The mattress used in this crib should not be more than 6 inches (15cm) thick. Its length and width must ensure the gap between the mattress and the crib sides is not more than 1 3/16 inches (3cm).
- Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.
- Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, loose bolts or other fasteners, missing parts, or sharp edges before and after assembly, and frequently during use. Securely tighten all fasteners.
- DO NOT use the crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact Stork Craft for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT substitute parts.
- To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
- DO NOT use a water mattress with this crib.
- Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers, as they can cause suffocation.
- If re-finishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children's products.
- DO NOT use this crib if the attached or enclosed instructions cannot be strictly adhered to.
- Follow warnings on all products used in the crib.
Strangulation Hazard
- Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with strings around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a crib or toddler bed for any reason, or attach strings to toys.
- To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap body parts or clothing on loose fasteners.
- DO NOT place crib near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child.
Fall Hazard
- When a child is able to pull up to standing position, set the mattress to the lowest position. Remove bumper pads, large toys, and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
- Stop using the crib when the child begins to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (89 cm).
Mattress Size Caution
ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS CRIB SHALL BE AT LEAST 27 1/4 INCHES BY 51 5/8 INCHES (69 CM X 131 CM) WITH A THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 INCHES (15 CM) AND A MINIMUM THICKNESS OF 4 INCHES (10 CM).

Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach mattress support (7) to back posts (3, 4) using bolts (A) and dowels (J). Attach back rails (8) to back posts (3, 4) using bolts (B) and dowels (J).
Step 2
Attach front posts (1, 2) to the assembled back section using bolts (D). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 3
Attach side rails (5, 6) to the front and back posts using bolts (D).
Step 4
Install the mattress support system. Adjust height based on child's age and mobility using bolts (F).
Step 5
Attach front rails (9, 10) to the front posts using bolts (A), (G), and (C).
Convert Crib to Toddler/Day Bed
You have the option to convert the crib to a toddler bed or day bed. Disassemble the crib components as needed.
Optional Toddler Rail
The optional UNIVERSAL TODDLER SAFETY GUARDRAIL KIT-SLAT is available for separate purchase from authorized Graco online retailers. The safety rail can be assembled on either end, or both if desired.
Convert Crib to Full Size Bed
To convert the crib to a full size bed, disassemble the crib to get the headboard components. Attach these to a full size metal bed frame (NOT INCLUDED).
Storkcraft Limited Warranty
Storage and Care: Disassemble panels for storage. Wipe with a damp cloth; do not use abrasives. For double bed conversion, follow the double bed kit instructions (sold separately).
Limited One Year Warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original retail purchase date. It provides rights separate from applicable consumer law. By using the product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product and contact Storkcraft Customer Care.
Warranty Service: Storkcraft will replace defective parts or products at its discretion. Service may require shipping items. DIY parts may be supplied for installation within the Continental US or Canada. Storkcraft is not responsible for labor costs for DIY installations.
Limitations on Liability: Storkcraft is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty is disclaimed for second-hand purchasers and does not apply to product abuse, misuse, neglect, commercial use, or accidental damage.
General Terms: This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the product was purchased. No agent or employee can modify this warranty without written authorization.
