Clearance Specifications
The clearance must be guaranteed according to Appendix VII, diagram 30 of guideline 94/20/EG. This includes specific angular and linear measurements for the tow bar attachment points relative to the vehicle chassis. For example, minimum clearance of 140mm, 65mm, 32mm, 55mm and maximum angles of 45° and 30° are indicated in the diagrams.
Consideration must be given to the permissible total weight of the vehicle when installing the tow bar.
Installation Instructions
- Completely remove the plastic protection from the underside of the vehicle. Loosen the exhaust from its rubbers and, if necessary, remove the spare wheel.
- Place the mounting plates (f) against the outside of the chassis beams, ensuring points (A) and (B) align with the provided holes in the chassis. On the right side of the vehicle, attach the mounting piece (e) onto the inserted bolts, loosely fitting the necessary washers and bolts.
- Position the tow bar by aligning points (A) and (B) with the bolts on the left side of the vehicle and points (C) with the corresponding points on the mounting piece (e). Ensure the mounting plate (i) is positioned on top of the tube. Insert all necessary bolts, washers, and nuts, and then tighten everything firmly.
- Install the components labeled (*) and (P) and tighten them securely.
- Reattach the plastic protection. Make an incision in the center of the bumper measuring 130x80mm (as shown in diagrams/photos). Reattach the exhaust system.

Clearance and Loading Diagrams
Technical diagrams illustrating critical clearance angles and dimensions required for tow bar installation, referencing European directive 94/20/EG. These diagrams specify minimum clearances (e.g., 140mm, 65mm, 32mm, 55mm) and maximum angles (e.g., 45°, 30°). Another diagram shows a vertical dimension range of 350-420mm and refers to the permissible total vehicle weight.
