Step 1: Prepare Drawer Slide Runners
Action: To disassemble the slide rails, first pull out the slide rails. Then use a screwdriver to push down the plastic parts and draw tracks to the sides.
Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates how to detach the drawer slide runners. It shows a slide runner labeled 'C-1' or 'C-2'. An arrow indicates pulling the runner outwards. A close-up shows a screwdriver pressing a small plastic tab on the runner, allowing it to be separated from its track. This process needs to be performed for all four slide runner sets (x4).
Step 2: Assemble Drawer Sides
Action: Join drawer side panels (9) and (11) to drawer side panel (10) using screws (H).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows two drawer side panels (labeled 9 and 11) being attached to a third drawer side panel (labeled 10). Four screws (labeled H) are used to secure these panels together. This assembly forms one side of a drawer and is repeated twice (x2) to create two drawer sides.
Step 3: Attach Drawer Bottom Panel
Action: Slide the drawer bottom panel (5) into the grooves of the assembled drawer sides (9 and 10).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the drawer bottom panel (labeled 5) being inserted into the pre-cut grooves on the inner sides of the partially assembled drawer structure (panels 9 and 10). Arrows indicate the direction of insertion. This step is performed twice (x2) for each drawer.
Step 4: Attach Drawer Back Panel
Action: Attach the drawer back panel (8) to the drawer sides (9 and 10) using cam bolts (I).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the drawer back panel (labeled 8) being positioned against the open side of the drawer assembly. Cam bolts (labeled I) are inserted into holes on the drawer sides (9 and 10) and then secured into corresponding holes on the back panel (8). This process is repeated for both drawers (x2).
Step 5: Attach Drawer Handle and Front Panel
Action: Attach the drawer handle (A) to the drawer front panel (8) using screws (D). Then, attach the drawer front panel (8) to the drawer box using cam locks (J).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows a drawer handle (labeled A) being screwed onto the outside of the drawer front panel (labeled 8) using two screws (labeled D). A close-up shows a cam lock (labeled J) being inserted into a hole on the drawer side and turned to secure the drawer front panel. This step is performed for both drawers (x2).
Step 6: Attach Inner Drawer Slide Runner
Action: Attach the inner drawer slide runner (C-1) to the drawer side panel (9) using screws (D).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows an inner drawer slide runner (labeled C-1) being aligned with the bottom edge of a drawer side panel (labeled 9). Two screws (labeled D) are used to fasten the runner to the panel. This is done for both sides of each drawer, meaning this step is performed twice (x2) for each drawer, totaling four times.
Step 7: Attach Inner Drawer Slide Runner
Action: Attach the inner drawer slide runner (C-1) to the drawer side panel (10) using screws (D).
Diagram Description: Similar to Step 6, this diagram shows an inner drawer slide runner (labeled C-1) being attached to the other drawer side panel (labeled 10) using two screws (labeled D). This is performed for both sides of each drawer, totaling four times.
Step 8: Attach Outer Drawer Slide Runner
Action: Attach the outer drawer slide runner (C-2) to the main unit side panel (4) using screws (D).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows an outer drawer slide runner (labeled C-2) being aligned with the pre-drilled holes on the inside of a main unit side panel (labeled 4). Two screws (labeled D) are used to secure the runner. This step is performed on both main unit side panels (x2).
Step 9: Assemble Main Frame Base
Action: Attach the main unit side panels (4) to the bottom panel (3) using cam bolts (I).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the two main unit side panels (labeled 4) being connected to the bottom panel (labeled 3). Cam bolts (labeled I) are inserted into the bottom panel and then secured into the corresponding holes on the side panels. A close-up shows how the cam bolt is inserted and turned to lock.
Step 10: Install Drawer Back Panel
Action: Slide the drawer back panel (6) into the grooves of the main unit side panels (4), ensuring the wood-grain side faces outwards. Secure with screws (J).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the drawer back panel (labeled 6) being slid downwards into the grooves located on the inner rear edges of the main unit side panels (labeled 4). Arrows indicate the direction of insertion. Two screws (labeled J) are used to secure the panel from the outside. The text emphasizes that the side with the wood grain should face outwards.
Step 11: Attach Shelf / Middle Panel
Action: Attach the shelf or middle panel (7) to the frame using cam bolts (I).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the shelf panel (labeled 7) being positioned within the main frame. Cam bolts (labeled I) are inserted into the side panels (4) and secured into the corresponding holes on the shelf panel. A close-up shows the cam bolt mechanism.
Step 12: Attach Top Frame Assembly
Action: Attach the top frame assembly (formed by side panels 4 and back panel 6) to the main unit using screws (J).
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the main unit with the side panels (4) and back panel (6) already in place. Screws (labeled J) are used to connect the top edges of the side panels (4) to the structure. A close-up shows a screw (J) being inserted and tightened.
Step 13: Attach Top Panel (Part 1)
Action: Attach the top panel (7) to the frame using screws (G). During assembly, please first half-tighten all screws. After all screws are set, fully tighten them.
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the top panel (labeled 7) being placed onto the assembled frame. Screws (labeled G) are inserted through holes in the frame and into the underside of the top panel. The text emphasizes a specific tightening procedure: half-tighten all screws first, then fully tighten them once all are in place.
Step 14: Attach Top Panel (Part 2)
Action: Attach the top panel (2) to the frame using cam bolts (E) and screws (F). During assembly, please first half-tighten all screws. After all screws are set, fully tighten them.
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the final top panel (labeled 2) being attached to the upper structure. Cam bolts (labeled E) are inserted into the top of the frame, and screws (labeled F) are used to secure the panel from the top. The text reiterates the instruction to half-tighten screws initially and fully tighten them later.
Step 15: Insert Drawers
Action: Insert the assembled drawers into the main unit.
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the completed drawer units (labeled 8) being slid into their respective openings within the main nightstand structure. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion, aligning the drawer slides with the runners on the main unit.
Step 16: Adjust Feet for Stability
Action: Screw in the adjustable feet to keep the table balanced.
Diagram Description: The diagram shows the bottom of the nightstand with adjustable feet. Arrows indicate that the feet can be screwed in or out to adjust the height. This is done to ensure the table is level and stable on uneven floors.
Step 17: Remove Drawers
Action: To remove the drawer, pull up the left track lever (C-L) and push down the right track lever (C-R) at the same time, then take it out.
Diagram Description: The diagram provides a close-up view of the drawer slide mechanism. It shows two levers on the slide: the left lever (labeled C-L) which should be pulled upwards, and the right lever (labeled C-R) which should be pushed downwards. Performing both actions simultaneously allows the drawer to be fully detached from its runners.
