Full Terms and Conditions for the "Rewards Boost – Increased Rewards" Promotion

I. Introductory Provisions

1. This document contains the full terms and conditions of the marketing promotion titled "Rewards Boost – Increased Rewards" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion").

2. The organizer of this promotion is Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s. r. o., with its registered office at V parku 2323/14, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, Company ID: 289 87 322, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 158046 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

3. Any individual consumer residing or with a delivery address in the Czech Republic can participate in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant"). Participants under 18 years of age may participate only with the written consent of their legal guardian. Only Participants who are already holders of Samsung Rewards points can participate in this Promotion. The terms and conditions for obtaining Rewards points are available on the website: https://www.samsung.com/cz/rewards/.

II. Term, Place, and Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion takes place in the e-shop www.samsung.com/cz and the Samsung Shop App (hereinafter referred to as the "Place of Promotion") from 09.07. 16:00 to 24.07.2025 or while stocks last (hereinafter referred to as the "Duration of Promotion").

2. The Promotion may be terminated earlier (i.e., before the end of the Duration of Promotion) under the conditions specified in Article IV, paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion may be extended beyond the Duration of Promotion under the conditions specified in Article IV, paragraph 3 of these terms and conditions.

III. Course and Conditions of the Promotion

1. The Promotion applies only to the purchase of selected products according to the models listed in the tables at the end of these terms and conditions in Appendix No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), and only at the Place of Promotion during the Duration of Promotion.

2. The following discount can be used within the Promotion:

2.1. If a Participant, who holds Samsung Rewards points in their Samsung account, decides to use their Rewards points to purchase a Product on the e-shop www.samsung.com/cz, they will receive a benefit in this Promotion in the form of an increased discount value on the purchase price obtained by applying Rewards points by 50% (hereinafter referred to as the "Extra Discount").

Example 1 – If this Promotion applies to all Products in the cart (i.e., the Participant purchases only the Product(s) to which this Promotion applies), the Extra Discount is fully applied according to the following model example:

If the Participant uses their Rewards points worth CZK 1,000 to pay for the purchase of the Product, the Extra Discount under this Promotion is CZK 500, making the total discount on the purchase price CZK 1,500.

Example 2 – If this Promotion applies to only one Product/part of the Products in the cart (i.e., the Participant also purchases other products not covered by this Promotion), the Extra Discount is applied proportionally according to the following model example:

If the Participant pays with Rewards points worth CZK 100, where the 1st Product to which the Promotion applies costs CZK 700, and the 2nd product (not listed in Appendix No. 1) is worth CZK 300 and the Promotion does not apply, the applied Rewards points are distributed proportionally – i.e., 70% / 30%. Since the Promotion only applies to the first Product, the Participant will receive the Extra Discount only for the proportional part of 70%. The Extra Discount in this model example is CZK 35, making the total discount on the purchase price (when applying Rewards points worth CZK 100) CZK 135.

The total discount will be automatically calculated and applied in the cart (provided the conditions specified in these Promotion terms and conditions are met). Delivery and payment methods for orders can be found at https://www.samsung.com/cz/shop-faq/payment-and-delivery/.

2.2. If a Participant, who holds Samsung Rewards points in their Samsung account, decides to use their Rewards points to purchase a Product(s) through the Samsung Shop App, they will receive a benefit in this Promotion in the form of an increased discount value on the purchase price obtained by applying Rewards points by 100% (hereinafter referred to as the "Extra APP Discount"), meaning if the Participant uses Rewards points worth CZK 1,000 to pay for the purchase of Product(s) in the cart, the Extra APP Discount under this Promotion is CZK 1,000.

The specific models of Products – new items to which the Extra APP Discount applies in this Promotion are part of Appendix No. 1 of these terms and conditions – see below.

The total discount for purchases via the Samsung Shop App will be automatically calculated and applied in the cart (provided the conditions specified in these Promotion terms and conditions are met). 3. Participation in the Promotion is conditional upon purchasing the Product during the Duration of Promotion.

4. The maximum Extra Discount and Extra APP Discount for each Participant is set at CZK 3,000.

5. Purchasing the Product means ordering and subsequently properly paying for the placed order. If the Participant does not properly pay for the ordered Product or fails to meet the conditions of this Promotion (e.g., the Participant purchases the Product as a business entity or exceeds the product purchase limit specified in paragraph 9 of this Article), they acknowledge and agree that the order will be canceled without further notice, and the Participant's related right to the Extra Discount (as well as any other claims) under this Promotion will expire due to non-compliance with its conditions.

6. Given that this Promotion concerns brand new Samsung products, the Organizer informs Participants (and hereby reserves the right) that not all Products will be in stock at the time of the Promotion (or at the time of the order placement by the Participant). For this reason, the Organizer does not guarantee immediate delivery of the ordered Product after purchase. The specific delivery date will be communicated by the Organizer to the respective Participant.

7. If a Product included in the Promotion is sold out, the Promotion no longer applies to that Product, and it is not possible to claim the Extra Discount after the end of the Duration of Promotion, even if it is restocked.

8. If the consumer exercises their statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days (without stating a reason), it applies (or the Participant acknowledges with regard to the provision of the Extra Discount) that the Participant has not met the conditions of the Promotion for claiming the Extra Discount. In such a case, the purchase price actually paid by the Participant will be refunded, and the Rewards points actually used in the purchase will be returned.

9. This Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts (e.g., with the "gift for a crown with a selected product" promotion, cashback, voucher redemption, etc.).

IV. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer does not assume any other obligations towards the Participants through this Promotion, and the Participants of the Promotion are not entitled to any other benefits from the Organizer than those stated in these terms and conditions.

2. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for the loading speed or data transmission of the websites.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, interrupt, or cancel the Promotion or change its terms and conditions, even without giving a reason. In case of changes to the terms and conditions, the Organizer will inform the Participants of the Promotion by notice at the Place of Promotion.

4. The Organizer is authorized to verify the fulfillment of all conditions for participation in the Promotion and, in case of dispute, to assess and finally decide on any issue related to the Promotion. Any objections and information about the course of the Promotion can be sent in writing to the Organizer's address: Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s. r. o., V parku 2323/14, Chodov, 148 00 Prague 4, or by phone at: 800 726 786.

5. The Organizer, as the seller, has the right not to include or to refuse (including subsequent cancellation) orders placed by the Participant in violation of these Promotion terms and conditions.

6. The general terms and conditions and the complaint procedure valid at the Place of Promotion apply to the Promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions. In the event that the Participant claims a refund due to a product defect after delivery, and this claim is recognized as justified by the seller, the claim will be handled in accordance with the legal regulations and the complaint procedure. If the defect cannot be remedied and the complaint is not resolved even by replacing the Product with a defect-free one, the Participant will be entitled, in accordance with the legal regulations and the complaint procedure, to withdraw from the contract regarding the defective Product, with the refund of the purchase price paid for the Product (i.e., the purchase price of the Product reduced by the relevant discount) and the return of the Rewards points actually used in the purchase.

7. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant expresses their agreement with the terms and conditions of the Promotion and undertakes to fully comply with them. The Participant further declares that they have familiarized themselves with the terms of personal data processing in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. Enforcement of participation in the Promotion through legal channels is excluded.

9. The Participant hereby acknowledges the processing of provided personal data in the scope of name, surname, place of residence/delivery address, e-mail address, phone number, bank account information ("Personal Data") by Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak, s.r.o., with its registered office at V parku 2323/14, Prague 4, 148 00, Company ID: 289 87 322, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 158046, as the controller of the Participant's Personal Data for the purpose of the Participant's participation in the Promotion. The processing of Personal Data for this purpose is necessary for the implementation of the Promotion, i.e., the performance of the contract to which the Organizer and the Participant are parties. Personal Data processed for this purpose will be stored for the duration of the Promotion and for the period necessary to protect the Organizer's rights in connection with the Promotion. The Organizer and Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, with its registered office at Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 ORS, United Kingdom, registration number: 03086621 ("Samsung UK") further process as controllers (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "Controllers") part of the Personal Data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, and place of residence for marketing purposes, i.e., offering the Controllers' goods and services, including sending commercial communications through electronic means. The processing of Personal Data for this purpose will take place on the basis of consent granted by the Participant. The Participant may withdraw their consent at any time, but the lawfulness of the processing of Personal Data prior to the withdrawal of consent shall not be affected. Personal Data will be processed for 3 years or until consent is withdrawn.

10. In connection with the processing of Personal Data, the Participant acknowledges that they have the following rights: the right to request access to Personal Data; the right to request correction or deletion of Personal Data; the right to request restriction of processing of Personal Data; the right to object to the processing of Personal Data; the right to data portability; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection). More information can be found at www.uoou.cz and other rights provided by legal regulations for the protection of personal data.

11. In addition to the mentioned Controllers, Personal Data may also be made available to other companies within the Samsung group. In the case of making Personal Data available to other companies within the mentioned group, Personal Data may be transferred to third countries based on a Commission decision on adequate protection or standard contractual clauses.

12. When processing Personal Data, the Controller engages in automated individual decision-making, including profiling, which may have legal effects on the participant or affect them in a similar way. In such a case, the Participant may request human intervention from the Controller in the processing of Personal Data, express their opinion, and challenge the decision made through automated processing.

13. Providing Personal Data is necessary for the Participant's participation in the Promotion, unless it is processing based on the Participant's consent. If Personal Data is not provided to the extent necessary for participation in the Promotion, it will not be possible for the Participant to participate in the Promotion. 17. This Promotion is governed by Czech law.
