Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 Launch Promotion: Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: ESTRENO Y ENTREGO LAUNCH PLAN WATCH 8 (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: Valid from July 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until August 30, 2025, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide.

Applicable Channels: Valid on online channels of Participating Authorized Stores, as defined below.

II. Preliminary Considerations

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and restrictions applicable to individuals (“CLIENT” and collectively “CLIENTS”) participating in the PROMOTION (hereinafter “T&C”). Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these T&C. These T&C can be consulted at https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: By purchasing one (1) Galaxy Watch 8 40mm of the references mentioned in numeral 3 of these terms and conditions, available in Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase (the “PRODUCT”), the CLIENT may trade in one (1) used device of their property to ASSURANT, corresponding to one of the references and brands indicated in the Estreno y Entrego pop-up in Participating Authorized Stores and/or in Annex 1 (by clicking on “others” for the latter). In exchange, if the requirements and instructions established in numeral 6 of this section III of these T&C are met, the CLIENT will receive an offer for their Used Device, and if accepted, the money will be transferred to the CLIENT’s bank account (the “BENEFIT”). The offer value and, consequently, the possible BENEFIT, will depend on the condition of the Used Device.

Additionally, if the CLIENT participates in the PROMOTION, they may receive a discount from SAMSUNG, subject to availability at each Participating Authorized Store and only on the products specified in numeral 3 of these T&C. This discount can be used towards the purchase of the PRODUCT with which they will participate in the trade-in plan through the Participating Authorized Store. The discount value will depend on the PRODUCT they wish to acquire and should be consulted directly at the Participating Authorized Store (“SAMSUNG BONUS”).

The above is subject to the CLIENT complying with all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Participating Authorized Stores: The Participating Authorized Stores for the PROMOTION are:

3. Products and Units: The products (hereinafter “PRODUCTS”) in the Participating Authorized Stores are listed below:

However, the purchase of the PRODUCT is subject to its availability in the Participating Authorized Stores at the time of purchase.

4. Clients: CLIENTS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age who comply with all the requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

5. Mechanics: CLIENTS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of the Participating Authorized Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT, within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized payment method by each Participating Authorized Store.

To access the PROMOTION, the CLIENT must follow this procedure:

1. The CLIENT must log in to the online channel of the Participating Authorized Store they have access to.
2. Once logged into the Participating Authorized Store, the CLIENT must select the PRODUCT they wish to purchase and click on “buy now”.
3. The CLIENT will select the PRODUCT’s features according to their preference. They must scroll down to find the “Estreno y Entrego” notice and select the option “yes, please” to initiate the Estreno y Entrego process.
4. Automatically, a pop-up will appear where the CLIENT must select the type of Used Device they will trade in and identify its characteristics. The CLIENT will be shown the maximum (non-binding) amount they could receive for the Used Device if ASSURANT makes an offer. Additionally, a series of questions will be displayed to determine the condition of the used device, and the CLIENT will be asked to enter the fifteen (15) digit IMEI number, and then accept the trade-in plan policies to continue with the purchase.
5. If the characteristics of the Used Device are not included in the dropdown list in the pop-up, the CLIENT must select the “others” option and verify in these T&C, in Annex 1, if the Used Device they intend to trade in is eligible for the BENEFIT. If the BENEFIT is not applicable because the Used Device is not included in Annex 1 of these T&C, the CLIENT will still receive the SAMSUNG BONUS from SAMSUNG, but will not need to send the Used Device to ASSURANT. In both cases, the CLIENT must click “continue with purchase”.
6. The CLIENT must verify that the SAMSUNG BONUS has been effectively applied to the purchase and must follow the steps to complete the purchase.

6. Special Conditions for the BENEFIT: The BENEFIT will have the following special conditions:

• The promotion is cumulative with other ongoing promotions that apply to the references specified in numeral 3.
• ASSURANT will recognize the BENEFIT provided that the Used Device meets the following conditions:
  • The Used Device must be included in the list of brands and models provided in the pop-up of the Participating Authorized Stores and/or in Annex 1 of these T&C.
  • It must be able to turn on and function normally.
  • It must not be damaged to the point of affecting its expected functionality or have engravings or customizations.
  • The Used Device, at the time of being sent to ASSURANT, must be restored to factory mode, without content, information, or data. If the CLIENT sends a Used Device containing information or data, the CLIENT authorizes ASSURANT to delete all content to proceed with the evaluation of the Used Device's condition.
• If the conditions above are met and the ASSURANT offer is accepted, the BENEFIT transfer will be made within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, counted from the CLIENT’s submission of acceptance and all requested documentation.
• The SAMSUNG BONUS has a maximum of one (1) redemption per purchase.
• The information required to receive the BENEFIT must be solely from the CLIENT participating in the PROMOTION.
• Third-party bank accounts or incomplete documentation will not be accepted to receive the BENEFIT.
• The BENEFIT will be determined by ASSURANT based on the condition of the Used Device.
• For more information on the condition and valuation of Used Devices, the CLIENT should contact: estrenoyentrego@assurant.com.
• If the Used Device is not functional and/or does not meet the conditions mentioned above, the BENEFIT will not be applicable, and the Used Device will be returned to the CLIENT at the address registered when purchasing the PRODUCT.
• The BENEFIT will not be applicable if the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal from the PRODUCT. In such cases, if the Used Device has been sent, it will be returned to the address registered by the CLIENT.
• This PROMOTION is only cumulative with other ongoing promotions that expressly state so.

Additionally, the CLIENT must consider the following instructions to obtain the BENEFIT:

• Within four (4) business days following the purchase of the PRODUCT, ASSURANT will send an email to the CLIENT’s registered email address. This email will provide instructions applicable to the program, specifically the steps to follow and the conditions for the CLIENT to send the Used Device.
• Likewise, within five (5) business days following the purchase of the PRODUCT, the CLIENT will receive a (1) packaging kit from SAMSUNG at their registered address to pack the Used Device and send it to ASSURANT.
• The CLIENT must pack the Used Device in the packaging kit, print the logistics guide sent by ASSURANT to the CLIENT in the aforementioned email, and hand over the Used Device at the branch of the transport company defined by ASSURANT in the email. The CLIENT must hand over the Used Device to the transport company within five (5) business days following confirmation from the carrier that the packaging kit has been delivered to the CLIENT. If the CLIENT does not send the Used Device within the established period, it will be understood that the CLIENT waives the BENEFIT.
• Once the Used Device is received, ASSURANT will evaluate it according to the parameters to determine if the BENEFIT is applicable, and in such case, the value that will be offered to the CLIENT for the Used Device. If the CLIENT requires more information about the evaluation of the Used Device, they can request it from ASSURANT by sending an email to estrenoyentrego@assurant.com.
• If the Used Device is not applicable for the BENEFIT, either due to its condition or for not meeting the conditions established in these T&C, the CLIENT will receive an email within five (5) business days of its receipt by ASSURANT, indicating that the Used Device will be returned to the address registered for the PRODUCT purchase.
• If the Used Device is applicable for the BENEFIT, ASSURANT will send the CLIENT an email within five (5) business days of its receipt by ASSURANT, including the offer for the Used Device, indicating its purchase value, the device transfer contract, and the details of the documents that must be submitted by the CLIENT if the offer is accepted.
• The CLIENT must respond to this email within five (5) business days, indicating acceptance of the offer, authorizing the processing of personal data by ASSURANT as a data processor for SAMSUNG, and must attach the following documents: a. The duly signed Used Device transfer contract sent by ASSURANT. b. A copy of their national identity document. c. Bank certification of the CLIENT’s account to which ASSURANT will transfer the offer value.
• If the offer is rejected or not responded to within the established period, it will be understood that the CLIENT rejects the offer, and consequently, the process to receive the BENEFIT ends. ASSURANT will proceed to send the Used Device to the address registered by the CLIENT for the PROMOTION, and it will be understood that the CLIENT waives the BENEFIT. In this case, the CLIENT will receive an email within five (5) business days, indicating that the Used Device will be returned.
• If any document mentioned in numeral viii is missing or needs correction, the CLIENT will have three (3) business days after being notified by ASSURANT to submit the missing or corrected documents.
• After this period, if the missing or corrected documentation is not received, it will be understood that the CLIENT waives the BENEFIT, and consequently, ASSURANT will notify the CLIENT that the BENEFIT has been canceled and that their Used Device will be sent to the address registered at the time of PRODUCT purchase.
• Once ASSURANT validates the information submitted by the CLIENT, ASSURANT will make the payment corresponding to the BENEFIT via bank transfer to the CLIENT’s own account indicated for this purpose, within a period of five (5) to fifteen (15) business days.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. Upon acquiring the PROMOTION, the CLIENT will be accepting in its entirety all that is indicated in these T&C.
2. Each Participating Authorized Store may, at its discretion, determine the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, taking into account the applicable territory described in Section I “Promotion Identification” of these T&C.
3. In the case of online channel participation, each Participating Authorized Store may, at its discretion, determine all conditions regarding the mode, time, and place of shipping and delivery of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, as applicable. For this purpose, before making their purchase, the CLIENT should contact the Participating Authorized Store where they intend to access the PROMOTION to obtain more information about the delivery and shipping of the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS.
4. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts that, if the BENEFIT is a product available in various colors, the Participating Authorized Stores will provide the CLIENT with the product in the color that is available.
5. The available units and references correspond to those indicated in this document. Therefore, if they are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty applicable to the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG for each PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT, provided that SAMSUNG is the producer of these. If any PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT of the PROMOTION has a producer other than SAMSUNG, the applicable warranty will be the one established by the producer of the PRODUCT and/or BENEFIT in question.
7. If the CLIENT exercises their right of withdrawal regarding the purchased PRODUCT, and if said PRODUCT is subject to withdrawal, the CLIENT must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT, if the latter has already been delivered. The withdrawal conditions will apply as defined by law and in accordance with the instructions established by each Participating Authorized Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card deposits, or any other transaction or benefit different from what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Such updates will be published on the page: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/, and it will be understood that by such publication, CLIENTS are notified, and therefore, these conditions apply to the CLIENTS of the PROMOTION.
10. SAMSUNG and the Participating Authorized Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION AND the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. Consequently, in case of any claim regarding the PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS, such claim will be handled through the SAMSUNG Call Center, via WhatsApp number (+57) 3138698800, or through the customer service channels of each Participating Authorized Store.
11. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to SAMSUNG’s online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the security of CLIENTS’ personal information. For these purposes, SAMSUNG uses various security technologies and procedures that help protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, and use. For example, provided personal information is stored in limited-access systems, located in controlled facilities. 12. When one or all of the Participating Authorized Stores correspond to a store other than SAMSUNG’s online channel, the respective Participating Authorized Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for the personal data collected under the PROMOTION. For this purpose, the CLIENT can consult the personal data protection policy of the Participating Authorized Store on its website. Participating Authorized Stores commit to protecting the security of CLIENTS’ personal information. For its part, SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and therefore, the processing of such data will be carried out in accordance with the personal data protection policy of the corresponding Participating Authorized Store.
13. These T&C respond to and comply with Colombian laws.
