Samsung Rewards X5 Launch Watch 8 Promotion Terms and Conditions

I. Promotion Identification

Promotion Name: REWARDS X5 LANZAMIENTO WATCH 8 (the “PROMOTION”).

Promotion Validity: From July 24, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to August 30, 2025, 11:59 p.m., or until stocks are exhausted, whichever occurs first.

Available Units: 350 units of the PRODUCT subject to the PROMOTION across all references and Authorized Participating Stores.

Applicable Territory: Valid nationwide in Colombia.

Applicable Channels: Valid in online channels of Authorized Participating Stores.

II. Preliminary Considerations

Participation in the PROMOTION and acceptance of the benefit granted by SAMSUNG implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (T&C). The T&C can be consulted on the pages indicated at the end of this document.

III. Specific Promotion Conditions

1. Object: For every point accumulated in the CUSTOMER's rewards account, each point equivalent to COP$1, upon purchasing any of the products mentioned in numeral 3 of these T&C (“PRODUCTS”), the CUSTOMER will receive five (5) times their current points. These points can be used solely as a payment method to purchase the PRODUCT in Authorized Participating Stores (“BENEFIT”). If points are not used as a payment method for the PRODUCT purchase, they will not be multiplied by 5. For example, if a CUSTOMER has 25,000 points, they will multiply their points by 5 for a total of 125,000 points (equivalent to COP$125,000) when purchasing a PRODUCT, usable only at the time of checkout.

This is subject to the CUSTOMER fulfilling all requirements and conditions indicated in these T&C.

2. Authorized Participating Stores:

3. Products and Units: The products (“PRODUCTS”) are listed below. Purchase is subject to availability in Authorized Participating Stores at the time of purchase.

4. Customers: CUSTOMERS of the PROMOTION are natural persons over 18 years of age and legal entities.

5. Mechanics: CUSTOMERS can access the PROMOTION by accessing the online channels of Authorized Participating Stores and purchasing the PRODUCT within the PROMOTION dates, paying with any authorized method by each Authorized Participating Store.

To access the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER must:

• Log in to the Authorized Participating Store with their personal, corporate, or student email address.
• Add the desired PRODUCT to the shopping cart.
• In the shopping cart, view the multiplied points (x5) from their rewards account.
• At checkout, select the option to pay with their rewards points and follow the steps to complete the purchase.
• If rewards points are not used as a payment method, the x5 BENEFIT will not be applied.

6. Special Benefit Conditions:

• The PROMOTION is cumulative with other current promotions.
• The BENEFIT can be used in a maximum of 1 transaction per CUSTOMER.
• If the Authorized Participating Store is an online channel and the BENEFIT is a product or service, the BENEFIT will be delivered provided the CUSTOMER has not exercised their right of withdrawal for the PRODUCT.

IV. General Promotion Conditions

1. By acquiring the PROMOTION, the CUSTOMER accepts these T&C in their entirety.
2. Each Authorized Participating Store may determine the prices of the PRODUCTS and the points of sale where the PROMOTION can be accessed, considering the applicable territory described in Section I.
3. For online channels, each Authorized Participating Store may determine the conditions for sending and delivering PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS. CUSTOMERS should contact the Authorized Participating Store for more information on delivery and shipping before making a purchase.
4. The CUSTOMER acknowledges and accepts that if the BENEFIT is a product available in multiple colors, Authorized Participating Stores will provide the product in the color available.
5. Units and references available are as indicated in this document. If stocks are depleted before the dates indicated in these T&C, the PROMOTION will end.
6. The warranty for PRODUCTS and/or BENEFITS will be the quality warranty granted by SAMSUNG, provided SAMSUNG is the producer. If a PRODUCT or BENEFIT has a different producer, the warranty will be as established by that producer.
7. If the CUSTOMER exercises their right of withdrawal for an acquired PRODUCT, they must return the PRODUCT along with the BENEFIT (if already delivered). Withdrawal conditions apply as defined by law and established by each Authorized Participating Store.
8. The BENEFIT is not exchangeable for cash, bank deposits, credit or debit card payments, or any other transaction or benefit other than what is described in the T&C.
9. SAMSUNG reserves the right to modify, clarify, or add to the T&C at any time and for any reason. Updates will be published on: https://www.samsung.com/co/info/tyc/. Customers will be considered notified upon publication, and these conditions will apply.
10. SAMSUNG and Authorized Participating Stores are solely responsible for the PROMOTION and PRODUCTS/BENEFITS. Claims regarding PRODUCTS/BENEFITS will be handled through SAMSUNG's Call Center, WhatsApp (+57) 3138698800, or the customer service channels of each Authorized Participating Store.
11. When one or all Authorized Participating Stores are part of SAMSUNG's online channel, SAMSUNG commits to protecting the personal information of CUSTOMERS using various security technologies and procedures. For more information, CUSTOMERS can consult the data protection policy at https://www.samsung.com/co/proteccion-de-datos/.
12. When one or all Authorized Participating Stores are different from SAMSUNG's online channel, the respective Authorized Participating Store where the PROMOTION is acquired will be responsible for personal data collected. CUSTOMERS can consult the data protection policy of the Authorized Participating Store on its website. Authorized Participating Stores commit to protecting CUSTOMER personal information. SAMSUNG acts as the data processor for data collected under the PROMOTION, and its processing will comply with the data protection policy of the respective Authorized Participating Store.
13. These T&C comply with Colombian laws.
