ALLMATIC SO400/IT Electromechanical Swing Gate Operator
1. Features and Specifications
The SO400/IT ram is manufactured in RIGHT and/or LEFT versions, depending on the gate leaf to which it will be installed. The leaves should be viewed from the inside (garden side). The SO400/IT cylinder is designed for easy installation on any type of gate, provided it is well-balanced. The SO400/IT cylinder, with a 400mm stroke, is built for gate leaves not exceeding 350 kg in weight and 3 meters in length.

2. Installation
Follow these steps for installation:
- Fix the large plate to the column, adhering to the measurements specified in the table. Position the cylinder perfectly horizontally (level) with respect to its axis (refer to Fig.A).
- Attach the gear-motor to the large plate (labeled "1") using the supplied pin and grub-screw.
- Fully extend the stainless steel tube (labeled "3") to the end of its stroke. Then, screw it back by one turn (at least 1 cm) to ensure the gate leaf closes perfectly.
- Secure the small plate (labeled "4") to the end of the cylinder using the provided pin and grub-screw. Attach this small plate to the gate leaf, ensuring the cylinder remains horizontal (level).
- Position the mechanical doorstops for both the open and closed gate positions (refer to Fig.B).
Fig.A shows the gate setup with the pillar, gate hinge, large bracket (1), unlocking device (2), stainless steel tube (3), and small plate (4). Fig.B illustrates the gate opening and closing with mechanical stops. Fig.C details the mounting plates and dimensions.
3. Manual or Emergency Manoeuvre
To perform a manual or emergency manoeuvre, operate the unlocking device (labeled "2") using the key provided.
