Simagic P1000 Quick Guide
This guide provides essential information for the installation and adjustment of the Simagic P1000 pedal set.
1.0 List of Accessories

2.0 Overall Installation Instructions
2.1 P1000 Base Assembly
Attach the base using Socket Head Cap Screws (M6-12) and three Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M5-10).
2.1 P1000i Inverted Platform Installation
Use three Pan Head Screws (M5-16) for the top section and four Flat Head Socket Cap Screws (M5-16) for the middle and bottom sections.
2.2 Sim Rig Installation
Secure the pedal set using four Socket Head Cap Screws (M8-12).
2.3 Installation for Customized Frames
Loosen the two screws on the front of the pedal. The pedal plate can be moved up or down.
2.4 Connection (USB and Independent Power Supply)
Connect the USB cable to your PC. Use the Independent Power Supply Connector if required (for P-HPR, P-SRH, and P-SRB). The indicator light shows the connection mode: blue for CAN-Bus (connected to SIMAGIC WheelBase) and green for USB (connected to PC).
2.5 CAN-Bus and USB Switching
Push the button to switch between CAN-Bus and USB modes. The indicator light color signifies the active mode.
3.0 Adjustments
3.1 Adjust the Pedal Face Angle
Loosen the two screws on the side of the pedal to adjust the angle upwards or downwards.
3.2 Pedal Plate Height Adjustment
Loosen the two screws on the front of the pedal to adjust the pedal plate height.
3.3 Heel Stop Adjustment
Loosen the top two screws of the heel stop to move it forward or backward.
3.4 Adjust the Pedal Position (Left or Right)
Loosen the four mounting screws to adjust the pedal's left or right position.
3.5 Travel Adjustment (Bottom Limit Screws)
Loosen the two side screws and slide the limiter forward or backward to fine-tune the pedal travel.
3.6 Throttle Strength Adjustment
The throttle resistance can be adjusted by switching the installation hole. Different hardness rubbers (black, gray, blue, red) can be used, with red being the hardest. It is recommended to use no more than 8 rubber pads in the cylinder.
3.7 Clutch Adjustment and Spring Replacement
3.7.1 Rotate the rear adjustable screw to fine-tune the spring force.
3.7.2 Replace the Clutch spring: Push the tail end forward and upwards to remove and replace the spring. Available springs: Yellow (Soft), Blue (Medium), Red (Hard).
3.8 Replacing the Brake Rubbers
- Loosen the jam nut on the back of the Brake, then spin the silver rod clockwise until completely loosened.
- Lift up the brake cylinder and unscrew the red cap to access the rubbers. Note: When disassembling and assembling, ensure the groove at the arrow is facing down.
