SIMAGIC TB-RS Hydraulic Handbrake Quick Start Guide

This guide provides essential information for installing and setting up your SIMAGIC TB-RS Hydraulic Handbrake.

2. Installation Method

2.1 Product Assembly

Step 1: Attach 3M Adhesive Cover

Peel off the 3M adhesive backing and stick it onto the top of the handle.

Step 2: Replace Springs

Unscrew the cylinder cap. Replace springs as needed (recommend at least 9 springs). Screw the cylinder cap back on. Note: Do not pull the handbrake handle if the cylinder is not filled with springs.

Step 3: Mount the Main Body

Use M6-16 Pan Head Screws to fix the main body. Loosen the bottom two screws slightly, then tighten all four screws.

2.2 Handle Adjustment

Remove the top two screws. Slightly loosen the bottom two screws. Rotate the handle to the desired angle. Tighten all four screws. Note: The oil cup should face upwards during use.

2.3 Product Connection Port

P-HPR/P-HPR GT:

USB (Connect to PC)
CAN (Connect to Base)

Insert the connector.

3. Accessory Installation

Optional P-HPR and P-HPR GT modules can be installed at the rear of the handbrake. Use M4-10 Countersunk Screws and M4-6 Pan Head Screws for installation.

4. Software and Application

To use this product, you need to download and install SimPro Manager on your PC for setup and configuration.
