Simagic P500 Pedals Quick Guide
This guide provides instructions for the assembly, setup, and fine-tuning of the Simagic P500 pedals.
1.0 List of Accessories
The following accessories are included:
- Countersunk Head Screw (M5-10) x 8
- Countersunk Head Screw (M8-20) x 4
- Rolled T-Nut with Ball Spring (M8-40) x 4
- M8 Flange nut x 4
- Brown Spring x 1
- Yellow Spring x 1
- Blue Spring x 1
- Black Spring x 1
- Slotted Screw Driver x 1
- Brake washers x 3
- Velcro x 1
- Wrench x 1
- Lubricating grease x 1
- Allen Key x 4 (2mm/2.5mm/3mm/5mm)

2.0 Profile Rig Installation
After assembling the P500, mount the pedals to your profile rig. Ensure sufficient space is left for profile mounting holes. Use Countersunk Head Screws (M8-20) and Rolled T-Nuts (M8-40) for mounting.
3.0 Pedal Assembly
3.1 Dual Pedal Assembly
To assemble the dual pedals:
- Loosen the four screws on the panel and remove it.
- Thread the brake cable through the nearest cable hole. Ensure enough margin for the brake cable to prevent damage during spring replacement.
- Replace the panel and secure the screws.
3.2 Connection (USB & Power Supply)
Invert the pedal to connect the cables. Plug the sockets into their corresponding colors. A separate power supply is required for P-HPR, P-SRH, and P-SRB models.
4.0 Wall Support Bracket Assembly Steps
- Use two M5-10 Countersunk Head Screws to secure the left and right brackets to the pedal.
- Attach the wall plate to the left and right brackets, and tighten with two M5-10 Countersunk Head Screws to complete the assembly.
5.0 Fine Tuning
5.1 Pedal Face Angle Adjustment
Loosen the two screws on the side of the pedal arm to adjust the pedal face angle.
5.2 Pedal Height and Displacement Adjustment
Loosen the two screws on the pedal front to adjust its height and position. A brake washer can be added to improve brake feel. This is recommended for profile rig use only. Be cautious during replacement to avoid injuries.
6.0 Brake Spring Replacement
6.1 Brake Cylinder Removal
Loosen the cylinder cap and remove the spring. Use the included screwdriver to loosen the pin. Insert the wrench into the back of the brake cylinder, then pull downward to loosen the cylinder. Be careful to avoid injury.
6.2 Install the Brake Cylinder
Flip the wrench and insert it into the back of the cylinder, then push upward to push the cylinder back in place. Secure the cylinder cap and slot the cylinder back in place. Be careful to avoid injury.
7.0 Cable Management
The cable management pin is intended for the P-HPR and P-HPR Neo. Place the cable into the management slot and tighten the pin.
