Installation Steps

Identify the grille & hardware with parts list.

Remove the grille shell from the vehicle by grasping it on both sides and gently pulling, releasing the seven tabs retaining it (Four on top and three on bottom).

Remove the factory GMC logo from the grille shell.

Insert the billet grille into the grille shell.

Remove the screws from the installation kit and place one in each of the four welded tabs of the billet grille.

Take the mounting tabs and U-clip nuts out of the installation kit. Place one clip on each tab over the hole.

Place tabs with clips behind the shell. Install screws and tighten evenly. Keep the grille centered as you tighten the screws. For a more professional look keep the tabs vertical. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! ⚠️

Re-install the grille shell onto the truck.

Installation completed!!! ✔️
The instruction here is for your reference only. You may need to bend the billet grille bars or tabs a little bit to adjust to fit. APS strongly recommends the professional installer for best result. Please use masking tape and tape the OEM grille shell along the edge to protect your vehicle during installation. APS is not responsible for any damage caused by the installation.
