| 1 | Identify the grille & hardware with parts list. |

| 2 | Optional (for vehicles with black plastic cover under hood), Pop hood, remove the black plastic cover (on top of OEM grille / front panel) from vehicle. This will allow access to the rear of the grille shell. If you are still unable to access the rear, remove the grille shell and reattach after installation. | |
| 3 | It is required to recess the headlights on 93-97 model vehicles only. Remove the factory headlight assemblies. Now re-mount the headlights using the factory hardware. |

| 4 | There are four brackets welded to the rear of the billet insert. The lower brackets are welded to the bottom billet and upper brackets toward the center of the insert. | |
| 5 | Center the billet on the truck (due to shipping and handling, it may be necessary to slightly bend the brackets to get a perfect fit) and fasten using the hardware provided. | |
| 6 | Make sure the billet grille is centered and tighten the fasteners, but do not over-tighten. | |
| 7 | Reinstall the black plastic cover which was removed in step 2. | |
| 8 | Installation completed!!! |
