Safety Precautions
Please read this manual carefully. Keep the instruction and installation manual, as well as the appliance certificate, in a safe place for later use or for subsequent owners.
This appliance is intended for private domestic use and the household environment only. It must only be used for the preparation of food and beverages. The cooking process must be supervised. A short cooking process must be supervised without interruption. Only use the appliance in enclosed spaces.
This appliance is intended for use up to a maximum height of 2000 meters above sea level.
Do not use covers. These can cause accidents due to overheating, catching fire, or materials shattering. Do not use inappropriate child safety shields or hob guards.
This appliance may be used by children over 8 years old and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or by persons with a lack of experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or instructed by a person responsible for their safety on how to use the appliance safely and have understood the associated hazards. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

This appliance is intended for use in household and similar applications such as:

Note: Exercise caution when using or standing near an induction hob while it is in operation if you wear a pacemaker or a similar medical device. Consult your doctor or the device manufacturer concerning its conformity or any possible incompatibilities.
Risk of fire!
Hot oil and fat can ignite very quickly. Never leave hot fat or oil unattended. Never use water to put out burning oil or fat. Switch off the hotplate. Extinguish flames carefully using a lid, fire blanket, or something similar.
The hotplates become very hot. Never place combustible items on the hob. Never place objects on the hob.
The appliance gets hot. Do not keep combustible objects or aerosol cans in drawers directly underneath the hob.
Risk of burns!
CAUTION! HOT SURFACE. ?
The hotplates and surrounding area (particularly the hob surround, if fitted) become very hot. Never touch hot surfaces. Keep children at a safe distance.
If the hotplate heats up but the display does not work, switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box and contact the after-sales service.
Metal objects on the hob quickly become very hot. Never place metal objects (such as knives, forks, spoons, and lids) on the hob.
Never place metal objects with a diameter or length of less than 80 mm on the hob.
Risk of electric shock!
Incorrect repairs are dangerous. Repairs may only be carried out by trained engineers. If the appliance is faulty, unplug the mains plug or switch off the fuse in the fuse box and contact the after-sales service.
Do not use high-pressure cleaners or steam cleaners, as this can result in an electric shock.
A defective appliance may cause electric shock. Never switch on a defective appliance. Unplug the appliance from the mains or switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box and contact the after-sales service.
Cracks or fractures in the glass ceramic may cause electric shocks. Switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box and contact the after-sales service.
When the appliance is not in use and before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the outlet first.
Risk of injury!
Saucepans may suddenly jump due to liquid between the pan base and the hotplate. Always switch off the circuit breaker in the fuse box and contact the after-sales service.
Causes of damage
- Rough pot and pan bases scratch the ceramic.
- Avoid boiling pots dry, as this may cause damage.
- Never place hot pots or pans on the control panel, the display area, or the surround, as this may cause damage.
- Damage can occur if hard or pointed objects fall on the hob.
- Aluminium foil and plastic containers melt on hot hotplates. Oven protective foil is not suitable for your hob.
- Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Note on Dual Stove Operation: When both stoves are working simultaneously in power setting mode, the maximum total power should not exceed 1800W. If the total power exceeds 1800W after setting one stove, the power of the other stove will decrease accordingly. If the total power does not exceed 1800W, setting one stove will not affect the other.

Operation Steps
Power On Mode
Plug in the AC cord. The buzzer will alert, and all LEDs and the display will flash for 1 second. The display shows "C", and the machine enters the power-on mode.
Standby Mode
- In power-on mode, press the [ON/OFF Button]. The ON/OFF indicator light will turn on, and the machine enters standby mode, displaying "on".
- The machine will shut down if no function is selected within 30 seconds in standby mode.
Function
- In standby mode, press the [Grill/Lock Button]. The grill indicator will light up, and the default setting is temperature level C5 (410°F). The left and right stoves will work synchronously at the same level to maintain consistent pan temperature. If you press the [Grill/Lock Button] again during the Grill function, the Grill function will be cancelled, and the machine will shut down.
- The Grill function requires the matching grill pan. Use the rotary knob to adjust the level: increase by clockwise rotation and decrease by counterclockwise rotation. Temperature setting mode for Grill function: C1 (248°F) - C2 (284°F) - C3 (320°F) - C4 (356°F) - C5 (410°F).
- In standby mode, the machine enters power setting mode by rotating the knob. Use the left (or right) rotary knob to adjust the power level of the left (or right) stove. The default heating power of the left stove is P7 (900W). The power of the left and right stoves increases with clockwise rotation and decreases with counterclockwise rotation of the knob.
- In standby mode, press the left (or right) [Power/Temp Button]. The POWER indicator lights up, and the left (or right) display shows "P0". Press the left (or right) [Power/Temp Button] again. The left (or right) stove enters Frying function temperature setting mode, displaying "C0". Use the left (or right) rotary knob to control the temperature level: C1 (284°F) - C2 (302°F) - C3 (320°F) - C4 (338°F) - C5 (356°F) - C6 (374°F) - C7 (392°F). Press the left (or right) [Power/Temp Button] again under Frying function. The left (or right) stove enters power setting mode, displaying "P0". Use the left (or right) rotary knob to control the heating power: P1 (400W Intermittent) - P2 (400W) - P3 (500W) - P4 (600W) - P5 (700W) - P6 (800W) - P7 (900W) - P8 (1000W) - P9 (1100W).
Timer
- Press the [Timer Button] to enter timer mode. The timer indicator lights up, and the display shows "00". The setting range is from 1 minute to 99 minutes.
- In Function mode, press the [Timer Button]. The corresponding timer lights will light up. Both left and right stove LED displays show "00" and blink. Use the rotary knob ("min" or "max") to control the timer: add 1 minute per clockwise rotation (maximum 99 minutes), subtract 1 minute per counterclockwise rotation (minimum 0 minute). After 5 seconds of no change, the selection is confirmed, the LED display stops blinking, and the countdown begins. When the countdown ends, the machine turns off automatically.
- In timer mode with the timer indicator lit, long press the [Timer Button] for 3 seconds to cancel the timer; the timer indicator will turn off.
Lock
In any Function mode, long press the [Grill/Lock Button]. The machine enters locking mode, and the LED display shows "L". In locking mode, no operation is responded except pressing the [Grill/Lock Button]. If you press the [Grill/Lock Button] for 3 seconds, the machine will be unlocked and retain its previous status. (If you press another button under locking mode, you must press the [Grill/Lock Button] for 3 seconds again to unlock and turn on the machine.)
Shut Down
- In Function mode, press the [ON/OFF Button] to turn off both left and right stoves simultaneously.
- In a specific function (e.g., Frying or Grill), rotate to "P0" or "C0" level respectively to close the corresponding stove.
- The display shows "C" when the machine shuts down.
- The fan will continue to work for 1 minute to dissipate heat after cooking is finished.
After Heat Code
After the machine shuts down, if the surface temperature is higher than 140°F, the display will show "H" to alert the customer to prevent touch burning. ?
Choosing the Right Cookware for Induction
Material Requirements:
- Steel cast iron, enameled cast iron, stainless steel, flat-bottom pans/pots with a bottom diameter of 12cm to 26cm.
- It is suggested to use the required pots. Do not try to use other pots instead (especially those with pressure sensors or vessels).
Usage Guidelines:
- Ensure the vessel is suitable for an induction cooker.
- If purchasing new cookware, test it to see if there are any unusual phenomena.
- Cookware should have a flat bottom and come with a lid that has a gas vent.

Error Codes
When the cooker experiences unsuitable operations, it stops functioning and displays relevant codes on the screen for protection and guidance.

Maintenance
- Clean the induction cooker after each use.
- Disconnect the plug and wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
- If the surface plate gets dirty, clean it with a wet cloth.
- Maintain the unit clean and prevent insects from entering to ensure optimal performance.
- For ventilated areas, clean with a toothbrush or cotton swab to ensure the air outlet is clear.
- If there is any malfunction, the unit should be repaired by professionals only.
