Combined Stove Power Limits: The total power should not exceed 1800W when both stoves are operating. If one stove's setting causes the total power to exceed 1800W, the other stove's power will decrease accordingly.

Operation Steps

Power on Mode: Plug in the AC cord. The buzzer will alert, and all LEDs will flash for 1 second. The display shows “L”, and the machine enters power-on mode.

Standby Mode: Press the [ON/OFF] button. The ON/OFF indicator lights up, and the display shows “ON”. The machine will shut down if no function is selected within 30 seconds.

If the surface temperature is higher than 140°F after shutdown, the display shows “H” to prevent burns.

Troubleshooting

Symptoms Check Points Remedy
No response after connecting power and pressing ON/OFF button Is the electricity suspended? Use after resuming electricity.
Is the fuse broken? Check the fuse carefully. Contact the Service Center if the problem cannot be fixed.
Is the plug connected firmly? Ensure the plug is firmly connected.
Heating interrupted with a "Beep" Incompatible cookware or no cookware used? Replace with compatible cookware for the induction cooker.
Is the cookware not placed at the center of the heating zone? Place the cookware at the center of the heating zone.
Is the cookware being heated but continually removed? Place the cookware inside the heating zone.
No operation during use Is the cookware empty or the temperature too high? Check if the appliance is being misused.
Is the air intake/exhaust vent clogged or dirty? Remove obstructions from the air intake/exhaust vent. Operate the appliance again after cooling down.
Is the cooker working over 2 hours without instruction? Reset cooking modes or use timer mode.

L (indicator off): Turning on/off E0: Check cookware and its position.
ON: Standby mode E1/E5/E8: Contact Customer Services.
E0: Without cookware, or incompatible cookware used E3/E4: Check the power supply.
E1: IGBT sensor open/short circuit Hot: Cool down the appliance.
E3: Over-voltage L (indicator solid): Child lock
E4: Under-voltage
E5: Surface sensor open/short circuit
E8: Internal communication failure
H: The surface is too hot to touch
L (indicator solid): Child lock

Maintenance

  1. Clean the induction cooker after each use.
  2. Disconnect the plug and wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
  3. If the surface plate gets dirty, clean it with a wet cloth.
  4. Maintain the unit clean and prevent insects from entering to ensure performance.
  5. For ventilated areas, clean with a toothbrush or cotton swab to ensure the air outlet is clear.
  6. If something is wrong with the unit, have it repaired by professionals only.
