Safety Precautions
Please read this manual carefully and keep it in a safe place for future reference. This appliance is intended for private domestic use and household environment only. It must only be used for food and beverage preparation and the cooking process must be supervised.
- Intended for use up to a maximum height of 2000 meters above sea level.
- Do not use covers, as this can cause accidents due to overheating or fire. Do not use inappropriate child safety shields or hob guards.
- May be used by children over 8 years old and persons with reduced capabilities if supervised and instructed by a responsible person. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.
- Common sense, caution, and care must be exercised when installing, maintaining, or operating the appliance.
- Suitable for staff kitchen areas, farm houses, hotels, motels, residential environments, and bed and breakfast environments.
- Exercise caution when using or standing near an induction hob if you wear a pacemaker or similar medical device. Consult your doctor.
Risk of fire!
- Hot oil and fat can ignite quickly. Never leave hot fat or oil unattended. Never use water to extinguish burning oil or fat. Switch off the hotplate and extinguish flames carefully using a lid, fire blanket, or similar.
- Hotplates and surrounding areas become very hot. Never place combustible items or objects on the hob.
- The appliance gets hot. Do not keep combustible objects or aerosol cans in drawers directly underneath the hob.
Risk of burns!
CAUTION! HOT SURFACE.
- Never touch hot surfaces. Keep children at a safe distance.
- Metal objects on the hob quickly become very hot. Never place metal objects (knives, forks, spoons, lids) on the hob.
- Never place metal objects with a diameter or length of less than 80 mm on the hob.
Risk of electric shock!
- Incorrect repairs are dangerous. Repairs may only be carried out by trained engineers. If the appliance is faulty, unplug the mains plug or switch off the fuse and contact after-sales service.
- Do not use high-pressure cleaners or steam cleaners.
- Never switch on a defective appliance. Unplug the appliance or switch off the circuit breaker.
- Cracks or fractures in the glass ceramic may cause electric shocks. Switch off the circuit breaker and contact after-sales service.
- When not in use and before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the outlet.
Risk of injury!
Saucepans may jump due to liquid between the pan base and the hotplate. Always ensure the fuse is correctly connected.
Causes of damage
- Rough pot and pan bases can scratch the ceramic.
- Avoid boiling pots dry, as this may cause damage.
- Never place hot pots or pans on the control panel, display area, or surround.
- Damage can occur if hard or pointed objects fall on the hob.
- Aluminum foil and plastic containers melt on hot hotplates. Oven protective foil is not suitable.
- Appliances are not intended to be operated by an external timer or separate remote-control system.

Caution: The pan will remain hot for a period after using from the heating area.
Control Panel Overview:
- 5. ON/OFF BUTTON: Turns the machine on and off.
- 6. GRILL/LOCK BUTTON: Activates Grill function or child lock mode.
- 7. TIMER SET UP BUTTON: Used to set the timer mode.
- 8. LED DISPLAY: Shows Power/Temperature level and time data.
- 9. POWER/TEMPERATURE SETTING BUTTON: Selects Power or Temperature setting.
- 10. ROTARY KNOB: Adjusts power or temperature.

Combined Stove Power Limits: The total power should not exceed 1800W when both stoves are operating. If one stove's setting causes the total power to exceed 1800W, the other stove's power will decrease accordingly.

Operation Steps
Power on Mode: Plug in the AC cord. The buzzer will alert, and all LEDs will flash for 1 second. The display shows “L”, and the machine enters power-on mode.
Standby Mode: Press the [ON/OFF] button. The ON/OFF indicator lights up, and the display shows “ON”. The machine will shut down if no function is selected within 30 seconds.
Function
- Grill Function: In standby mode, press the [Grill] button. The grill indicator lights up, defaulting to C5 (410°F). Both stoves operate synchronously. Pressing the [Grill] button again cancels the function and shuts down the machine. Use the rotary knob to adjust the grill temperature (C1-C5).
- Power Setting Mode: In standby mode, rotate the knob to adjust the power level of the left or right stove (P1-P9). The default heating power for the left stove is P7 (900W).
- Frying Function: Press the [Power/Temp] button. The POWER indicator lights up. Pressing it again enters the Frying function temperature setting mode (display shows “CO”). Use the rotary knob to control the temperature (C1-C7). Pressing the [Power/Temp] button again under Frying function enters the power setting mode (display shows “P0”). Use the rotary knob to control the heating power (P1-P9).
Timer
- Press the [Timer] button to enter timer mode (display shows “00”). Setting is from 1 to 99 minutes.
- In Function mode, press the [Timer] button. The timer lights up, and the LED display shows “00” blinking. Use the rotary knob to set the timer from 0 to 99 minutes. After 5 seconds of inactivity, the selection is confirmed, and the countdown begins. The machine turns off automatically when the countdown ends.
- To cancel the timer, long press the [Timer] button for 3 seconds.
Lock
- In any function mode, long press the [Lock] button to enter locking mode (display shows “L”). No operation is responded except the [Lock] button.
- To unlock, press the [Lock] button for 3 seconds. The machine will resume its previous status.
Shut Down
- In Function mode, press the [ON/OFF] button to turn off both stoves simultaneously.
- In Grill or Frying function, rotate to “P0” or “CO” to turn off the corresponding stove.
- The display shows “L” when the machine shuts down.
- The fan continues to work for 1 minute to dissipate heat after cooking.
After Heat Code
If the surface temperature is higher than 140°F after shutdown, the display shows “H” to prevent burns.
Choosing the Right Cookware for Induction
Material Required:
- Steel cast iron, enameled cast iron, stainless steel, flat-bottom pans/pots with a bottom diameter of 12cm to 26cm.
- Use the recommended cookware. Avoid using other pots, especially those with pressure sensors or vessels.
Usage Guidelines:
- Ensure the pan/pot is suitable for induction cookers.
- Test any newly purchased pan/pot for unusual phenomena.
- Ensure the pan/pot is flat and comes with a lid with a gas vent.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance
- Clean the induction cooker after each use.
- Disconnect the plug and wait for the unit to cool down before cleaning.
- If the surface plate gets dirty, clean it with a wet cloth.
- Maintain the unit clean and prevent insects from entering to ensure performance.
- For ventilated areas, clean with a toothbrush or cotton swab to ensure the air outlet is clear.
- If something is wrong with the unit, have it repaired by professionals only.
