Product Introduction

The AMZCHEF AH003 Desktop Range Hood is designed to effectively capture and filter oily fumes generated during cooking. It is suitable for various locations such as kitchen islands, living rooms, and meeting rooms.

Product Assembly

Filter Assembly

To assemble the filter:

1. Align the filter with the oil collector.
2. Push the filter firmly into the air inlet.
3. Ensure the filter is correctly placed in the right direction.

Cleaning the Filter

To clean the filter:

1. Extract the upper part of the filter.
2. Take out the filter from the oil collector.
3. Rinse the filter and dry it completely.

Caution: Avoid forcefully disassembling the filter, as this could impact the product's functionality.

Product Usage

Operating the Unit:

• ON/OFF Button: A short press turns the product on/off and cycles through air speeds (Low → Medium → Off). A long press turns on the front LED light.
• Max Speed Button: After turning on, press this button to activate the maximum speed. This speed is ideal for handling large amounts of oil fumes and will maintain for 2 hours before automatically reverting to medium speed.

Indicator Lights:

• White Light: Low Speed
• Red Light: Medium Speed
• Flashing Red Light: Maximum Speed
• Light Off: Unit is Off

Power Connection and Storage:

1. Use the original adapter for power supply.
2. Prevent the cable from dangling freely to avoid tripping hazards.
3. Do not use the product if it is not operating normally or is visibly damaged.

Guidelines for Use with Other Small Appliances:

• For optimal oil fume extraction, position the range hood alongside other small kitchen appliances.
• Ensure all appliances are on the same surface, with a minimum 8 cm gap between the bottom of the range hood and the rim of the cooking pot. This distance can be adjusted based on the pot type.
• Avoid directing oil fumes towards people through the air outlet.
• Do not move or apply pressure to the equipment while it is in operation.
• Children, the elderly, or individuals with limited self-care abilities should use this product under adult supervision to prevent accidents.
• Place the product out of reach of children and teach them not to use it as a toy.
• Ensure that the air inlet/outlet are not blocked by any objects.

• Humidity: Normal 45-75%

Maintenance

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Disconnect the power supply and ensure the impeller has completely stopped before cleaning or maintenance to avoid injury.
• To prevent odors or filter clogging, clean the filter assembly and oil collection cup after each use. Rinse with warm water and dish soap (do not use hot water above 60°C).
• It is recommended to replace the filter assembly every six months, adjustable based on usage environment.
• Turn off and unplug the product before cleaning, maintaining, or moving it.
• Do not immerse the power cord or housing in water for cleaning. Do not allow internal parts to get wet.
• Do not use harsh detergents, wire brushes, gasoline, vinegar, or other corrosive liquids for cleaning.
• Clean the housing surface with a slightly damp cloth.
• After cleaning the filter assembly, ensure it is completely dry before reconnecting to the power source.
• If not in use for an extended period, clean and dry the filter assembly and oil collection box, then store in the original packaging in a dry, cool, and safe place.

Disposable Filter - How to Use:

1. Clean the back of the filter and ensure it is dry.
2. Remove the protective paper from the Velcro.
3. Attach Velcro to the edge of the filter.
4. Attach Velcro to the left and right edges of the filter.
5. Attach the disposable filter to the Velcro and reinstall.
6. Dispose of the disposable filter after use.

• The product functions irregularly or not at all, and the above methods are invalid.
