Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the OMRON HEM-FL31 Smart Cuff. This cuff is designed for arm circumferences ranging from 22 to 42 cm. Please refer to the original user manual of your OMRON blood pressure monitor for complete operating instructions.

- This OMRON cuff is compatible with various OMRON blood pressure monitors.
- The cuff is designed to work exclusively with OMRON blood pressure monitors that are compatible with the HEM-FL31 model, as indicated on the cuff label near the air hose connector.
- Verify your OMRON monitor's compatibility and use the correct plug. Using an incorrect plug may lead to air leaks or inaccurate readings.
- Do not wash or wet the cuff.
How to Use
For Left Arm Use:
- Remove tight clothing or roll up the sleeve of your left arm. Do not place the cuff over thick clothing.
- Firmly insert the air hose plug into the socket until it clicks. [Click sound]
- Place the cuff on your left arm. The lower edge of the cuff should be 1–2 cm above the elbow joint. Ensure the air tube rests against the inside of your arm.
- Secure the cuff using the hook-and-loop fastener.
For Right Arm Use:
The air hose will be positioned on the side of your elbow. Avoid resting your arm on the air hose.
Note: Blood pressure can vary between the left and right arms. OMRON recommends measuring blood pressure on the same arm consistently. If readings differ significantly between arms, consult your doctor for guidance.
Care and Maintenance (Priežiūra)
- Clean the cuff with a soft dry cloth or a soft cloth dampened with a mild neutral detergent.
- Do not use gasoline, thinner, or other solvents for cleaning the cuff.
- Avoid storing the cuff in environments with high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight, dust, or corrosive vapors.
- Do not excessively bend or press the air hose.
