Assembly Steps
Step 1
Take two 'B' side frames and two 'C' shelves. Attach the shelves to the side frames using four 'c' screws (M6x19x15) per shelf. Ensure the shelves are oriented correctly.
Step 2
Take two 'A' side frames and the two 'B' side frames (with shelves attached from Step 1). Connect the 'A' side frames to the 'B' side frames, aligning the holes for the shelves.
Step 3
Connect the two assembled side structures. Use four 'b' screws (M6x12) to join the corresponding points on the 'A' and 'B' frames, ensuring stability.
Step 4
Attach the remaining three 'C' shelves to the assembled frame. Use ten 'a' screws (M6x50) in total, with two screws per shelf, securing them to the side frames.
Step 5
Secure the top and bottom shelves ('A' and 'B' components) to the frame. Use ten 'a' screws (M6x50) in total, with two screws per shelf, attaching them to the side frames.
Step 6
Install the back cross brace ('D'). Position it diagonally across the back of the bookshelf and secure it using four 'b' screws (M6x12) into the pre-drilled holes on the side frames.
Step 7: Anti-Tip Installation
For safety and stability, secure the anti-tip accessories to the wall. Use two 'd' screws (M3.5x35) and two 'e' screws (Ø6x30) along with the two 'f' anti-tip straps. Attach one end of each strap to the top of the bookshelf and the other end to the wall using the provided screws. This prevents tipping, injury, and property damage.
