Important Note on Wires: The kit utilizes thin, aviation-grade wires designed for a discreet, hidden-line effect. These wires are made with high tension and pressure tolerance. Exercise caution during installation to prevent shearing or cutting the wires. Avoid pressing LEGO brick pieces directly onto the wires.

Installation Guide

Step 1: Front and Interior Lighting Installation

This section details the process of installing the warm white LED lights and routing their associated wires throughout the front and interior of the LEGO Mini Cooper model.

1.1 Component Preparation: Begin by unpacking the 15cm Bit Lights (Warm White) and the thin connecting wires.
1.2 Front Section Wiring: Carefully route wires and connect LED lights to the front of the model, including areas around the headlights, grille, and engine bay. This involves tucking wires behind LEGO bricks and ensuring they are positioned correctly to avoid damage. The license plate "R682 AHS" is visible on the model during these steps.
1.3 Interior Cabin Wiring: Proceed to install lights and manage wires within the car's interior. This includes routing wires to illuminate the dashboard, seats, and other cabin details.
1.4 Undercarriage and Rear Routing: Guide wires along the underside of the model and towards the rear, preparing for the installation of taillights. Ensure wires are secured and do not impede the model's functionality.

Step 2: Rear Lighting and Final Wiring

This step focuses on installing the red LED lights for the rear of the vehicle and completing the overall wiring connections.

2.1 Rear Light Integration: Install the 15cm Bit Lights (Red) into the designated rear light positions and connect them to the main wiring harness.
2.2 Wiring Consolidation: Continue to meticulously route and secure all wires, ensuring a clean and hidden installation. Connect all wire leads to the main distribution board or power connector.
2.3 Visual Confirmation: The final images in this step demonstrate the illuminated lights, confirming successful installation.

Completion and Power Connection

To complete the installation:

Connect the light kit's main cable to the provided battery box.
Your light kit installation is now finished.

Power Source Advisory: If you choose to use an alternative power source other than the supplied battery box, please ensure that its maximum voltage does not exceed 6V to prevent damage to the kit.
