Gimbal mounting
Step 1: Drill pilot holes. Recommended pilot hole size is Ø3.8 - 4.8 mm (3/16") for soft/hard materials.
⚠️WARNING: Always wear appropriate eyewear, ear protection, and dust mask when drilling, cutting, or sanding. Remember to check the reverse side of all surfaces whenever drilling or cutting.
Step 2: Attach the gimbal bracket and drill mounting holes.
Step 3: Secure the display unit to the gimbal bracket using the provided screws.
Panel mounting
Step 1: Prepare the mounting panel and cut an appropriate opening.
Step 2: Insert the mounting bracket from the rear of the panel.
Step 3: Rotate the bracket to lock it in place.
Step 4: Slide the display unit onto the bracket.
Step 5: Secure the display unit to the bracket with screws.
Step 6: The unit is now mounted.
⚠️WARNING: Panel mounting may affect GPS performance.
Cable lock collar
Step 1: Connect the transducer and power cables.
Step 2: Attach the cable lock collars to secure the connections.
Wiring
Connect the transducer and power cables to the display unit. Ensure the transducer is compatible (SplitShot or TripleShot). Refer to the transducer installation information for details.
• Note: Connect either a SplitShot or TripleShot transducer.
