ATTENTIONS

Cable Length Scale: The scaled cable can show the cable length.

INSTRUCTION FOR PRODUCT: 3. Cell Box

The Cell Box has the following labeled parts:

System Installation

  1. Vital: Turn off the power switch before connecting the video camera and the monitor to prevent damage.
  2. Connect the camera to the 3-coil plug, 2-cell box, and the 1-monitor (refer to Picture 1).
  3. Turn on the power switch in the power box. The indicator light on the monitor should illuminate, and the switchboard should start.
  4. Install the video camera with its protective cover and insert it into the pipe. Rotate the coil to achieve the proper depth.
  5. Adjust the LED light degree adjuster to achieve the proper light level. For videotape operations, refer to the DVR operation details (display operation: Recording Type).
  6. Switch video output to another large screen via the video line.
  7. After use, carefully remove the camera from the pipe. Clean it with a clean, soft, and dry cloth and store it properly.

OPERATION

Charging

When the battery power is low, charge it as follows:

  1. Take out the battery and the charger from the packaging.
  2. Connect the charger to the battery.
  3. Connect the charger to the AC power source (100-240V). The red indicator light means charging is in progress.
  4. The green indicator light means charging is complete.

Notes: To ensure the battery can be used for a longer period, please charge it promptly. Otherwise, it may not be rechargeable.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

ProblemSolution
Show blue screen
  1. Check if the camera interface is loose and the camera itself is loose, causing poor contact.
  2. Check if the cable and power supply connection is normal or loose.
  3. Check if the monitor is properly connected to the power supply.
  4. Check if the cable is broken.
  5. Check if water has entered the front of the camera or if the camera is damaged.
  6. When using the camera, please attach the protective cover first to prevent the camera from colliding with hard objects and getting damaged, which could lead to no image display.
Problems with LED lights
  1. Read the manual and check the correct way to turn on the light.
  2. Check if water has entered the front of the camera, preventing the LED from lighting up.
Not running
  1. Check if the battery power is sufficient.
  2. Check if the display screen is damaged.
  3. Ensure the display screen is properly connected to the power supply.
Photo/video cannot be saved
  1. Check the storage.
  2. Check for foreign matter or deformation in the storage.
Cannot formatCheck the storage.
Unable to charge
  1. Check the charging port for foreign matter or damage.
  2. Check if the charger is damaged.
  3. If the battery level is too low, charge the battery promptly to prevent it from becoming unchargeable due to prolonged discharge.

Additional Troubleshooting

IssueDetails
Broken cable
  1. It is recommended to use the cable on pipes with a diameter of ≥ 60 cm. Pay attention to the force used when pushing the cable to avoid breaking the detection line.
  2. This product is exclusively for pipeline detection and inspection and cannot be used for other purposes.
Cable knotting
  1. When retracting and releasing cables, ensure they are not crossed or knotted, and the bending radius of the cables is not less than 90 degrees.
  2. When retracting the cable, cooperate with the rotating iron frame for orderly coiling, and do not use excessive force.
Equipment cleaningTurn off the equipment before cleaning to avoid damage.
WarningIf a fault cannot be resolved, do not attempt to disassemble the unit yourself. Please contact customer service personnel.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR HD DVR

Button Functions:

1. Main Menu Settings
  1. Press the MENU button to access the setup menu: PICTURE; OPTION; TIME; PHOTO; VIDEO.
  2. Press the </> buttons to navigate to the sub-menu.
  3. Press the REC button to adjust the setting's value, or press the REC button to enter/confirm.
  4. Press the PLAY button to exit.
2. Recording and Photographing
  1. Press the PLAY button to switch between Recording and photographing (refer to the icon in the top left corner).
  2. Press the REC button to start recording/photographing, and press the REC button again to stop recording.
3. Photo playback on monitor
  1. Press the MENU button to find PHOTO.
  2. Press the </> buttons to find Playback.
  3. Press the REC button to enter, then use </> to select and press REC button to playback.
  4. Press the PLAY button to exit.
4. Video playback on monitor
  1. Press the MENU button to find RECORD.
  2. Press the </> buttons to find Playback.
  3. Press the REC button to enter, then use </> to select and press REC button to enter.
  4. Press the REC button to playback.
  5. Press the PLAY button to exit.
