Get to Know Your Gear
Product Appearance
The Jackery Explorer 880 Pro features a user-friendly interface with various ports and controls. On the front panel, you'll find the LED Light, LED Light Button, USB-A Output ports, USB-C Output ports, and a USB Button. The top panel includes the AC Input Port and DC Input Ports (two DC8020 ports for solar charging and car charging). The front also displays the LCD Screen, LCD Screen Button, Car Port, Car Port Button, AC Output sockets, and an AC Button.
LCD Display
The LCD display provides real-time information about the power station's status. Key indicators include: Input Power, Remaining Charge Time, Solar Charging Indicator, AC Wall Charging Indicator, Car Charging Indicator, Low Battery Indicator, Remaining Battery Percentage, Output Power, Remaining Discharge Time, Error Code, High Temperature Warning (⚠️), Low Temperature Warning (⚠️), Low Power Mode, AC Power Indicator, and Battery Power Indicator.
Battery Power Indicator: When the product is being charged, the orange circle around the battery percentage will light up in sequence. When charging other devices, the orange circle will stay on.
Low Battery Indicator: When the battery is less than 20%, the Low Battery Indicator will stay on. When less than 5%, the Low Battery Indicator will flash. When it is being charged, the Indicator will be off.
Low Power Mode: To avoid forgetting to turn off the output during use that results in battery consumption, the product turns the Low Power Mode off by default. This occurs when no device is connected or the connected device is less than or equal to a certain value. The device will automatically shut down after 12 hours.

To turn on the Low Power Mode: Long press the AC Button and DISPLAY Button until the Low Power Mode icon lights up. In Low Power Mode, please remember to turn off the output to avoid battery consumption.
To turn off the Low Power Mode: Long press the AC Button and DISPLAY Button until the Low Power Mode icon disappears on the screen.
Fault code: In order to quickly solve the user's feedback, common fault codes F0-F9 are set up in the system. If you find any fault code of F0, F1, F2, F3, F4, F7 on the display screen, please contact customer service for after-sales treatment. If F6 code appears, remove the load or unplug the charging plug; the product may restore by itself. If not, contact after-sales service. If F9 fault code appears, remove the load, and the product may recover by itself. If not, contact after-sales service.
Basic Operations
Power On/Off
- AC Output On/Off: Press the AC Button; the AC Output indicator lights up. Press again to turn off the AC Output.
- USB Output On/Off: Press the USB Button; the USB Output indicator lights up. Press again to turn off the USB Output.
- Car Port On/Off: Press the Car Port Button; the Car Port indicator lights up. Press again to turn off the output.
LCD Screen On/Off
To Turn On, press the DISPLAY Button, any Output Power Button, or LED Light Button. The screen also lights up automatically when there's a charging input.
To Turn Off, press the DISPLAY Button again. If there is no operation for 30 seconds, the product enters sleep state and the screen display automatically turns off.
To get the screen always-on (under charging or discharging state): After the display screen lights up, double-click the DISPLAY Button.
To turn off Always-On Display: Press the DISPLAY Button; the screen will be turned off in 30 seconds.
Tip: During Always-On mode, the screen automatically turns off after 2 hours without charging or discharging.
LED Light On/Off
There are three modes for the LED Light: Low Light, Bright Light, and SOS mode.
- Press the LED Light Button to turn the LED on. It will always be on in Low Light mode (1W output).
- Press again for Bright Light mode (3W output).
- Press a third time for SOS mode (3W output).
- Press again to turn off the LED Light. In any mode, a long press can also turn off the light.
Charging Your Jackery Explorer 880 Pro
Green energy first: This product supports two modes of charging simultaneously: solar charging and AC wall charging. When both are active, the product prioritizes solar charging, utilizing both methods to charge the battery at the maximum permissible power.
Charging from the Wall
Please use the AC cable included in the package.
Solar Energy Charging
Jackery SolarSaga 200 or 100 or 80 Solar Panel Connection Guide:
- For one or two solar panels, connect the DC8020 port of the solar panel directly to the DC8020 port of the Jackery Explorer 880 Pro.
- For four solar panels, refer to the following figure for charging via a solar series connector (Note: The solar series connector is not standard and must be purchased separately. Refer to its detailed operation instructions before use).

Tip: The Jackery Explorer 880 Pro does not support three Jackery SolarSaga 200, 100, or 80 solar panels in a single input; otherwise, over-voltage protection will be triggered.
Jackery SolarSaga 80 Solar Panel Connection Guide:
The Jackery SolarSaga 80 supports parallel connection or parallel and then series connections. The single input port of the Jackery Explorer 880 Pro supports up to six SolarSaga 80 panels. Two input ports support up to six SolarSaga 80 panels in total. For six panels in a single input port, divide them into two groups of three, connect each group in parallel, and then connect to the Explorer 880 Pro via a solar series connector (sold separately).

DC7909 to DC8020 Adaptor Operation Guide:
All Jackery solar panels are upgraded with a DC7909 to DC8020 adapter. If your Jackery solar panel did not come with one, you can charge your Explorer 880 Pro by following the connection instructions below.

Warm Tip: Users can combine solar panels according to their purchased quantity. The product currently supports charging with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 12 80W solar panels.
Charging in the Car
This product can be charged with a 12V car charger. Start the vehicle before charging to prevent draining the car battery and ensure the vehicle can restart. Ensure the car charger and cigarette lighter provide a good connection and that the charger is fully inserted. Do not use the car charger on bumpy roads, as it may burn due to a poor connection. The Company is not responsible for any loss caused by non-standard operation.

Safety Precautions When Charging
- Vehicle charging is only applicable to 12V vehicles, not 24V.
- It is recommended to use Jackery accessories for solar charging.
Safety Precautions When Using
Follow basic safety precautions:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Close supervision is required when used near children.
- Risk of electric shock may occur if using non-recommended accessories.
- Unplug the power plug when the product is not in use.
- Do not dismantle the product; it may lead to fire, explosion, or electric shock.
- Do not use damaged cords, plugs, or output cables.
- Charge in a well-ventilated area.
- Place the product in a ventilated and dry place, away from rain and water.
- Do not expose the product to fire or high temperatures (direct sunlight or hot vehicles), which may cause fire or explosion.
- Do not disassemble the power pack; service by a qualified person using identical replacement parts is required to ensure safety.
Instructions Pertaining to Risk of Fire, Electric Shock, or Injury to Persons
Important Safety Instructions:
- Read all instructions before use.
- Supervise children closely.
- Do not put fingers or hands into the product.
- Use of unapproved attachments may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Pull the plug, not the cord, when disconnecting.
- Do not use damaged or modified batteries; they may exhibit unpredictable behavior.
- Do not operate with damaged cords or plugs.
- Do not disassemble; service by qualified personnel only.
- Unplug before servicing.
Personal Precautions:
- Keep fresh water and soap nearby for battery acid contact.
- Wear eye and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes near the battery.
- If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If it enters eyes, flush with cold water for at least 10 minutes and seek medical attention.
- Never smoke or allow sparks/flames near the battery or engine.
- Be cautious not to drop metal tools onto the battery, which could cause sparks or short circuits.
- Charge the internal battery in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid contact with battery fluid if ejected under abusive conditions. Flush with water. Seek medical help for eye contact.
- Do not expose the battery to fire or extreme temperatures (above 130°C / 265°F), as this may cause explosion.
- Servicing must be performed by qualified personnel using identical replacement parts.
Operating Instructions
Use and store the unit only in a clean and dry environment. Do not use or store in dusty or wet environments.
Check the unit before each use. Do not use if damaged or broken.
If rust, peculiar odors, overheating, or other abnormal circumstances are observed, stop using the unit immediately and contact the dealer or customer service.
Ensure the unit is properly secured when transporting it in a motor vehicle.
Charge, use, and store the unit only within ambient temperature ranges.
Turn off the unit immediately if it has accidentally fallen, been dropped, or exposed to vibrations.
Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged or broken.
Keep the unit away from children. Do not let children use the power supply unit. Keep away from pets.
Do not use the unit in areas or environments with high temperatures.
If fluid from inside the unit contacts skin or clothing, wash affected areas with tap water.
During a storm, unplug the power cord from the socket.
Do not charge the unit via power supply systems operating outside of input rating.
Do not place the unit on its side or upside down during use or storage.
Do not use accessories for other purposes.
Ensure the device you are connecting is switched off before connecting it.
Do not expose the power pack to fire or excessive temperatures (above 130°C / 265°F), as this may cause explosion.
Solar charge times depend on weather conditions; place your solar panel for maximum direct sunlight.
Do not place the power pack on the floor or less than 457 mm (18 inches) above the floor during use in a repair facility.
Warning: Do not remove the battery pack without permission. If repair is needed, contact the local manufacturer.
DANGER: This device is intended for indoor use only. Do not use outdoors under any conditions.
Charging Instruction
- The product supports 1-way or 2-way charging.
- Charge the Portable Power Station with the charger; the LCD will turn on and display input power.
- The display will show 100% capacity when fully charged.
Discharging Instruction
- Press the AC button to turn on AC output. Press again to turn it off; the AC LED will turn off within 1-2 seconds.
- Press the DC button (USB or 12V) to turn on DC output. Press again to turn it off; the DC LED will turn off within 1-2 seconds.
- If DC or AC output is on, the LCD will display the "OUTPUT" icon and the output power, unless all DC outputs are off.
Moving and Storage Instructions
- Do not move the unit if it is recharging or in use.
- Do not dispose of the unit with household waste.
- Do not place the unit near fire or expose it to heat. Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Do not store the unit in a bathroom or in an area exposed to rain or moisture.
- Do not disassemble the power pack; service by a qualified person is required. Incorrect reassembly may result in fire or electric shock.
- Do not store the unit in high-temperature areas.
User Maintenance Instructions
Before using or storing, plug your Jackery Explorer into the wall until it is fully charged. If the LCD battery level is low, connect it to a power source (AC outlet or solar panel) as soon as possible.
To preserve battery lifespan, use and recharge at least once every 6 months.
Warranty
Limited Warranty: Jackery Inc. warrants the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, subject to exclusions.
Warranty Period: 3 Years Standard Warranty (36 months). Measured from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange: Jackery will replace defective products at its expense. The replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer: Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to misuse, abuse, modification, accidental damage, use other than normal consumer use, attempted repairs by unauthorized facilities, or products purchased through auction houses. The battery cell warranty requires initial charging within seven days and recharging at least every 6 months.
